Pulse Grande Hotel Putrajaya Reviews

I stayed at pulse grande Hotel Putrajaya for 1 nights in Room 331. The room was clean and the staff were polite. However, there was no electricity and water for several hours during my stay, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The front desk was informed but the issue was not resolved quickly. I hope the hotel improves their basic services. Currently, I cannot fully recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in the centre of the biggest roundabout in the world, and just next to the Secret Garden Putrajaya, with a nice night view. The hotel appeared to be slightly in old-aged, while the interior design of the public area is amazing, there might be some efforts needed for the hotel management to improve the condition of the room. After all, it is still a good stay over this place.

Breakfast was good and the environment was nice. But the hotel is old and not well maintained. Bathroom door and wardrobe were worn out, heaters in both rooms were only lukewarm, and one room had a very run-down bathtub. My room had no view because the balcony was closed for renovation.

We would like to sincerely thank the front desk staff of Pulse Grande Hotel Putrajaya for their kindness and excellent service. They went the extra mile by providing us with a special parking space as my husband is unable to walk, which made our stay much more comfortable. We truly appreciate their warm hospitality and thoughtful assistance to our family.

I really enjoyed stayed here. Super clean and their bed so comfy. Staff were very helpful and well trained in customer service. Fast checked In and checked Out.

The hotel is located close to IOI City Mall, just a 7-minute drive away. The staff were very polite and helpful. Thank you.

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations

I stayed only one night. Upon arrival, my spouse drop me and luggage ,then park the car at the designated area. You can call buggy with the QR code given to and from the hotel. Everything through the phone by the QR code such as Bellboy service, housekeeping, room services etc. Very convenient and the stay is such a breeze.

Service and hospitality were excellent. Parking required a short walk, but a buggy was readily available to shuttle us to and from the lot. The location is superb and strategic. We could easily walk to the Secret Garden and Taman Perdana from the hotel. The night view, with all its city lights, was also beautiful. The hotel's design is quite attractive and aesthetically pleasing. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options – a definite highlight! There are pools for both adults and children, located on Level 3. Our room was advertised as having a garden view, but the garden was undergoing renovation, so there wasn't much of a view to enjoy. Despite this, the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness, however, was a bit of a letdown. The towels had a slight smell – I initially thought it was perfume, but it was a different, less pleasant odor. There were also minor stains on the bed sheets, and the bathtub had a small stain. Overall, despite these minor issues, our stay here was very enjoyable and good! 😁

The staff was friendly and attentive, especially at check-in, where they offered complimentary drinks.. nice stay and enjoy it.

The receptionist at the lobby counter , the buggies and the house keeping maintenance provided excellent services to customer. The scene around is nature with fresh air. A good place to recommend to stay.

The pros of this hotel is that it is conveniently located in the heart of Precinct 1 Putrajaya, surrounded by lush greeneries, and having a spacious room complete with a bath tub. Parking is slightly away from the hotel but the buggy service is always available on-demand. I had a room water leaking issue which was promptly attended to by the staff Mr Azizi and he even gave me an upgrade to a family room. The swimming pool has a nice infinity pool design and is able to view the sunset on the horizon. However, it closes at 7pm, and before the sun was set, I was already chased out of the pool by the staff. The operating hours of the swimming pool should be at least until 8pm.
