After the previous ones were done, the person who knew how to handle the business changed hands and checked in for the guests behind me. Have I stood there for too long and lost my presence? What’s even more annoying is that we’ve both been watching the one who doesn’t know how to do it for a long time, and you still don’t know who came first? After I finally made it clear that I was here first, the one who knew how to do it went to answer the phone again, and I started staring at the girl who didn't know how to do it. If this was the only problem, I wouldn't give it 1 point. This is the only hotel I've stayed in that turned off the air conditioning in the middle of the night. Imagine waking up at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, sweating and hot, the temperature in the room is 27 degrees, and you have to get up early to do errands the next day. "The room was spacious and tidy, with complete amenities. The service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. After getting our room card, a staff member led us to our room and explained all the complimentary services the hotel offered. In the evening, there was free late-night supper where you could order congee, noodles, or wontons. We ordered noodles and wontons, which were delivered to our door by a robot. The food was light and not greasy. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the staff would help you get your food. Upon checkout, we even received a small gift, which was a lovely touch. I'll definitely choose H Hotel again if I'm passing through, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"I can only give it one star. The price is too high, and the actual experience is far from worth the price. It's even worse than a regular budget hotel costing around 100 yuan. It completely fails to meet the advertised "light luxury" standard, and my entire stay was a disaster. 1. The underground parking lot exit lacks automatic license plate recognition. The barrier doesn't automatically open when you approach, requiring you to constantly honk your horn and wait for manual entry by security. This is inconvenient and wastes a lot of time. The so-called "smart" features are completely useless. 2. The bathroom fixtures in the room were severely malfunctioning. The shower water pressure was so weak that there was barely any water, making it impossible to shower properly. The hot and cold water controls were also faulty; even a slight adjustment resulted in water that was either ice-cold or scalding hot, failing to meet even the most basic accommodation needs. 3. The hotel was extremely deserted. There were very few service staff in the lobby and hallways, making it difficult to find anyone to help when needed. There was a serious lack of human assistance. Afterwards, I reported all the problems to Ctrip customer service. The platform sincerely apologized and tried to appease me, but the hotel never proactively contacted me to apologize, nor did they offer any compensation or willingness to make improvements.
