good location. good and clean rooms. had some trouble with parking - all sort out by counter.

When I booked through here, I was assigned an accessible room... The hotel refused to change the room, and the waiter who looked like a Filipino had a very bad attitude.

Compared to other primier inns in small towns, this one is worth recommending. It is new overall, the room is not small, the breakfast is rich in variety, the room is warm, and there is a shopping street downstairs with many supermarkets.

It's OK. The room facilities are a bit old and the sanitary conditions are average.

Good external environment

A very good stay - comfortable room, great workspace/wifi, really lovely staff and service, good breakfast including gluten free options.

We stay regularly at the Premier Inn in Hemel Hempstead Central to see family. The staff are always very helpful and friendly whether its with help with the car park, that they have no control over or extra towels. The rooms have been upgraded and are always beautifully clean. You can fill your boots with a reasonably priced breakfast. Ana was very helpful when we had trouble with the parking company being obstructive . It’s one of the best premier inns we’ve stayed in.

A very noisy room, a lot of disturbance, room rattled with noise and vibrations but yet not enough for premier inn to offer the good night guarantee.

Staff seem to want an easy life. Arrived back at just after 10 to 11 after a long day. Despite the bar not supposed to closed until 11 the staff advised they had already taken the till off and refused to serve me. Not as if it was empty as there were other customers sitting there. Staff had a bad attitude when I complained. Stayed before but definitely won’t be again!!
