Terrible Airconditioning very hot room, we stayed 4 nights & it took a change to another room plus 24 hours to get the room to be some sort of acceptable temperature. Breakfast were totally terrible & not acceptable standard for any foreign visitors or even me from Hong Kong. Staffs cannot really speak English either & Not Possible to have lunch or dinner at this hotel as restaurant is closed. Only option is KFC across the street. Hotel rooms are not well maintained & looking run down. Lobby have no air-conditioning at all extremely hot. If there is better hotel in Hengyang next time will not stay in this hotel again.

We arrived at the hotel around noon. It was raining that day and I was already in a bad mood. There was a ****** man ********* at the front desk who was checking in the room. He was staring at his phone and chewing something. It’s even more annoying to see that there is absolutely no sense of service! They also said that it was a Wyndham hotel, but the employees had not been trained and the hotel facilities were not up to par. It is recommended that Wyndham take better care of Ramada.

The hygiene is average. There is a lot of dust on the bedside lamp in the room. The hygiene is very poor. There is not even a security guard during the Chinese New Year. There is no parking space on the ground floor. The front desk told me to go underground, but no one guided me. The signs were not clear. I searched for almost half an hour. The breakfast was terrible. Only the room had air conditioning. There was no air conditioning in the lobby and restaurant. I caught a cold after eating breakfast. The location is also very remote.

The hotel is in a very good location. There is a river in front of the hotel. It is very comfortable to walk along the river after dinner. The decoration of the hotel is quite comfortable, and the front desk service is also very warm and thoughtful. The hotel breakfast is also OK, and the rice noodles are delicious.

The room is big enough, clean and suitable for family travel. I have already stayed in this suite for the second time. I look forward to coming to Hengyang next time and continue to choose Ramada Hotel
