Good location, good business hotel - staff are really friendly.  Restaurant, pub and coffee - all within walking distance - Good choice if you are looking for simple, clean, convenient and not so pricey hotel

Convenient location and the hotel staff are helpful. Breakfast is good with many choices, specially you can order cappuccino for free. My room is new and big. Sound proof is ok, I actually don’t hear any noise when I am in the room.

The hotel appeared tired from all these years of operation. An upgrade to the whole building is definitely needed. There’s a kind of old smell through out the hotel. Not likely to stay there again until changes are done.

Strategic location for business meetings. Easy to travel around. Breakfast and swimming pool are nice.

Being a business traveller; it was my 1st time to be given a disabled room. The whole layout is customised to special needs and definitely not for business traveller. Hotel staff should be tactful and ask the guest before allocation. Upon discovering myself since I am not new to Novotel saigon, I requested for a room change. However, staff asked me if I had used the room. If I had, change is not permitted. To make it even memorable, they start to charge when I asked for more water. Their complementary water are delivered in glass bottle (recycleable) and it wasnt even plastic bottle.

Suitable for business travelers, the rooftop bar is nice. Located near to post office.

Nice hotel in good location. Clean and quiet. Breakfast got quite some varieties and food is good.

Great service and friendly staff. At the time of booking, I wasn’t aware that I had  an executive floor room which the check in agent informed me includes breakfast and access to the lounge. That was a pleasant surprise as the breakfast was quite extensive with great coffees made to order from the coffee cart.  The hotel is centrally located and as I like walking, I was able to reach the Norte Dane, mall and opera house on foot in fact, I walked to the bitexco tower as well.  Going the other direction, I walked to the zoo and next door museum too.  The room amenities were great with tea, water and coffee. Spa toiletries included body lotion.  I believe a highlands coffee shop is being renovated on the lobby floor and there is a restaurant and bar.  Overall I thought this was a great choice at this price point and would recommend.

The environment was great and it was spotlessly clean. The location is also excellent, conveniently close to Japan Street. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I travel alone for a business trip and a meeting. The room is excellent, friendly, and clean. I got on the 5th floor. Breakfast was great, with a wide range of choices and appealing options. I recommend Novotel Saingon Center Hotel for your stay in HCMC.

Loved the location as near the cities area. Got baby pool too The front office staffs are helpful and friendly. Overall, we loved our stayed here..
