"We loved our stay here at The Saga! The hotel is gorgeous—as good if not better than the photos—and of course the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool, bar, gym and free bikes were great complements to sightseeing days. The breakfast buffet was the best out of any at the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, the options were extensive AND tasty. The downstairs of staying here is the location as it’s a bit far from the Hoi An old town. The twenty minute walk didn’t seem so bad when we book but it did make it less convenient to pop back in for dinner. They do have a free shuttle to the old town but that only runs three times a day and Grabs can be difficult to get a hold of. If you like to cycle the free bikes would make it a breeze to get around but not everyone in our family can. Overall, still highly recommended as I still think the amenities you get here make up for the location!"

"We arrived after a night at a resort in Danang where I had lost my glasses. Hien (who checked us in) was very helpful in giving us turn by turn directions to the nearest optical shop. She even offered to take us there in person on her break (this place is a 10 minute walk away). Her generous offer and sincerity really impressed us, and is much appreciated."

"A great hotel centrally located in beautiful Hoi An. An easy walk to the river, markets and ancient town along with the buzzing night life. Just a short ride to the interesting and beautiful Cua Dai Beach as well. Hotel staff are helpful, happy and willing to assist. The pool is warm and clear and in fact one day it got too warm and they added lots of giant ice blocks to cool it a bit. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it."

"During my 7-night, 8-day trip with my husband, this was the only place I booked during the trip without making a reservation in advance. It was my favorite. The location is a 20-minute walk from Hoi An, right next to the river, and there are lots of people cyclists in the morning. It's incredibly quiet, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Most importantly, when traveling in Southeast Asia, you often feel uneasy about using the bathroom. This place was incredibly clean. The water pressure was great, and I loved the cleanliness. The room was also very clean, and the towels, shower robes, and everything were fluffy and odor-free. Also, the Memories Show is a 5-minute walk away, and there's a really delicious restaurant, Pho Sua, and a wonderful cafe. We visited for two days. I had to move because of my next reservation, but I was so satisfied that I wanted to cancel and stay here. I definitely want to stay here again next time I travel."

The bed was comfortable, and the attached bathroom had a beautiful patterned tile design that gave it character. The room had everything I needed — aircon worked well, and the amenities were thoughtful. I loved the artistic lighting and the photo decor above the bed — small touches that made a big impact. 🚿 Bathroom Glass partition with a stylish and clean design. Hot water worked perfectly and the water pressure was just right. It felt luxurious even in a modest space. 💡 Extras I Loved • Very Instagrammable spots throughout the hotel • Quiet and peaceful — ideal for resting • Staff were friendly and attentive 🎁 Overall If you’re looking for a place with heart, soul, and style — this hotel is it. "LA Silk located around 2km from town centre, you can go to town centre by grab and bicycle which provide by hotel. It offer some car service which is much cheaper compare with grab. Good service."

"Had a really nice stay and Lily took care of us during the entire stay. She explained what was fun to do and see in Hoi An and booked the motor bike for us. We had breakfast included for free which as really good. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It’s really close to the beach and only a 10/15 minute grab to the old town which is perfect if you do not want to stay in a busy part of town. "
