"We loved our stay here at The Saga! The hotel is gorgeous—as good if not better than the photos—and of course the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool, bar, gym and free bikes were great complements to sightseeing days. The breakfast buffet was the best out of any at the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, the options were extensive AND tasty. The downstairs of staying here is the location as it’s a bit far from the Hoi An old town. The twenty minute walk didn’t seem so bad when we book but it did make it less convenient to pop back in for dinner. They do have a free shuttle to the old town but that only runs three times a day and Grabs can be difficult to get a hold of. If you like to cycle the free bikes would make it a breeze to get around but not everyone in our family can. Overall, still highly recommended as I still think the amenities you get here make up for the location!"

"During my 7-night, 8-day trip with my husband, this was the only place I booked during the trip without making a reservation in advance. It was my favorite. The location is a 20-minute walk from Hoi An, right next to the river, and there are lots of people cyclists in the morning. It's incredibly quiet, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Most importantly, when traveling in Southeast Asia, you often feel uneasy about using the bathroom. This place was incredibly clean. The water pressure was great, and I loved the cleanliness. The room was also very clean, and the towels, shower robes, and everything were fluffy and odor-free. Also, the Memories Show is a 5-minute walk away, and there's a really delicious restaurant, Pho Sua, and a wonderful cafe. We visited for two days. I had to move because of my next reservation, but I was so satisfied that I wanted to cancel and stay here. I definitely want to stay here again next time I travel."

I loved the artistic lighting and the photo decor above the bed — small touches that made a big impact. 🚿 Bathroom Glass partition with a stylish and clean design. Hot water worked perfectly and the water pressure was just right. "Wow, fantastic! This hotel is a proper resort with a beautiful Southeast Asian vibe. It's super close to the Ancient Town, and there's a shuttle service nearby that takes you to Da Nang. Breakfast was plentiful, and our room had a lovely pool view. The pool was bustling with Western and Korean guests splashing around."

She even offered to take us there in person on her break (this place is a 10 minute walk away). Her generous offer and sincerity really impressed us, and is much appreciated."

"Staff all friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and room was nice. However, booked room with city view and there was no view. Very noisy and not good sound proofing. The private beach they offer is terrible, full of trash and staff at the Silk Beach club were terrible - suggest just going to the public beach a lot cleaner. Hotel great location to walk to old town with lots of food options. And the pool is really nice after a long day out."
