Customer care was very poor, the lady at the reception shouting at clients instead of having some courtesy. Bathroom was dirty.

Can you explain in detail to us? If there is anything we have not done well enough or if we have offended you, please tell us in detail and we will review and improve. We have been open for more than 20 years. Although our rooms are not as large, or as luxury as hotels, we attach great importance to service attitude, hygiene, and room safety, and these are obvious to all in the positive reviews given to us by our guests in the past. Therefore, we are really puzzled and helpless about your ambiguous and unclear accusations.

Very simple accommodation in a convenient location. We got a room upgrade and got the key deposit waived - lovely service. There is electric kettle. Old style AC with only on/off but does the job. The shower is in the toilet. Spent one night.

We understand that everyone has different requirements, but if you still cannot accept the hygiene level of our hotel, please find other hotels that are cleaner than us!

Cheap price. Good location. Quite room. Clean enough for the price Bads are small. If you are over 170cm, you should go hotel than this guest house.

The land lady is very accommodating even though we arrived late she managed to meet us at 2:00 in the morning.. very kind lady.

We booked this from August 5-9 which is a very hot month but the room was cold and nice. The location was really good. Near the MTR station and the room is not spacious but it's quite good. The boss was nice and friendly. I will recommend this guest house to everyone.

The location of the place is very convenient and very easy to travel around Hong Kong. The room was a bit small, but very clean.

You need Whatsapp otherwise you will not be able to check-in. As you have to contact the owner via Whatsapp or phone only in order to check-in. The room is small as usual and not that clean. But the price is cheap and it's right in Tsim Sha Tsui area. The best thing about this place is location only.

When you come check-in, all you need is your booking confrontations. Mirador Mansion I can say is a good location also and less people compare to Chungking mansion. Wing Lee Guesthouse is clean and everyday they arrange our things and comforters. Maybe if we requested to change at least our bedsheet, they will do. Ms. Ching is accommodating owner. Even our flight is still in the evening and she agreed that we will leave our luggages first. If you are on a budget travel, I will recommend Wing Lee (building is not the typical hotel type so don’t expect).

Not bad but the prices fluctuate drastically. Beds are uncomfortable.
