The room was pretty good and clean. The only complaint I had was every single morning at around 8am the cleaning staff would make loud noise and woke me up.

Check in was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. We were grateful to have a clean bed and air conditioned room to stay during a travel hiccup that was eventually resolved

Room is rather dark. Bathroom is too small and bed not soft and thick enough

The people at the front desk were polite and professional. I had been traveling for about 33 hours with no sleep, and they let me check in early. I appreciate that! I didn't care for the location, though. Maybe it was a 12-minute walk to Prince Edward Station. Plus, there were lots of hardware stores and home rennovation businesses nearby. If you have a lot of luggage, I wouldn't choose this place, unless you take a taxi. If you just have a small suitcase, then this place is OK for a couple of days, sure.

The room was extremely dirty—dust everywhere, and an unkempt feel overall. The bathroom was tiny and claustrophobic, making it hard to move around comfortably.

Our 1st 2 nights was horrible. We are not able to sleep because we can hear the other hotel guest from the other room shouting. Hotel staffs are ok.

No fridge in room, space was very cramped, shower and toilet cubicle very tight, walls were very thin you can hear next room
