I stayed on the 22nd floor, everything was comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and really nice. AC was good and the water heater was working well. Location was good as well. Don’t think I’ll ever go to Hong Kong again for a trip but if I have to go for business, I will definitely stay here again.

Despite being an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, and the carpets were spotless. We appreciated being able to check in around noon. While we initially expected a small room, it turned out to be quite comfortable and perfectly adequate for our needs. Our room was cleaned promptly and thoroughly each day of our three-day stay, and the soundproofing was also decent. The hotel's location is excellent. East Tsim Sha Tsui Station Exit L4 provides direct access to the lobby, and several Tsim Sha Tsui Station exits are also conveniently close. Walking to Harbour City for shopping was effortless. Victoria Harbour, K11, the Space Museum, and the Star Ferry pier are all within easy walking distance. Just to the right of the hotel, you'll find a pharmacy, a local 'bing sutt' (Hong Kong-style cafe), and a 7-Eleven convenience store. On a side note, Wah So Bing Sutt wasn't particularly tasty and definitely not worth queuing for.

This hotel was a little difficult to find but is at a good location. Easy access to airport and other places. MTR station is just about 10 minutes away. Bus station just outside and small mall is adjacent. Temple st night market is about 20 minutes by walking. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but clean.

It was my mother's birthday on our check-out day, and the hotel's customer service team surprised us with a cake the night before. This was incredibly thoughtful and touched us deeply! The cake itself was also delicious. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel's facilities and overall ambiance were fantastic. Its location is excellent too, roughly a 500-meter walk to Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station and within easy walking distance to Victoria Harbour. Highly recommended!

This is my go-to hotel every year I visit. The location is excellent, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the cleanliness is generally good. It's very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Overall, I have a positive impression. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and transportation. The famous Chungking Mansions, known from many Hong Kong films, is right next door, and Canton Road is also just a short walk away. For a Tsim Sha Tsui hotel, it offers exceptional value for money considering its room types and pricing!

Very good location near West Kowloon Station. Austin Exit F around 5-10 minute walk. Temple Street is also not too far (10-15 minute walk). Got a club room on 24th floor. Very small room but clean and modern look. It's a little noisy at night and wifi is very very slow. Acceptable place if you want to visit things in the area and be close to metro and train station. Club room has free amenities such as tooth brush, comb, chips and a few cans of drinks.

Facilities: All facilities were very convenient, making for a comfortable stay. The lobby desserts were delicious and affordable. Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: Very good. Service: The front desk staff were excellent; they didn't require a deposit and spoke excellent Mandarin. I even forgot to bring cash, and the bellhop kindly paid for my taxi fare, which saved me from an awkward situation. I wasn't sure if the Executive Suite included Executive Lounge access, but since our other room did, the front desk kindly arranged for both rooms to have Executive Lounge access. After returning home, my mom accidentally took one of the room key cards with her. I hope it's not an issue.

The room quite small but clean. The location is very good near MTR and right of a lot of restuarants and convenience stores. But during my stay the upper floor have construction with very noisey, the noise start form 9 am. it is bad sound. When I ask the manager she juat said it is out pf control. I know but she might be offer to move to another room far from this area, but nothing offer. And another one thing, the housekeepers talking loudly, please improve. However, I still recoomemded this place because the location is very convenience.

Where to Stay in Hong Kong

  • Tsim Sha Tsui: Tsim Sha Tsui, located at the southern tip of the Kowloon Peninsula in Hong Kong, is one of the most representative and bustling areas in the city. It boasts a rich historical background and a modern appearance, and is renowned for its busy commercial district and multicultural characteristics. It features luxury shopping centers, internationally renowned hotels and high-rise buildings. At the same time, it retains historical traces, with many ancient buildings and museums. Showcase Hong Kong's culture and history. And don't forget to take a stroll along the Victoria Harbour at night and enjoy the breathtaking night view of Harbour City!
  • Sham Shui Po: Neon-lit electronics graveyards hide 80HKD(≈15.6 AUD) coffin hostel beds above secret hipster cafes. Steps from the cyberpunk Apliu Street flea market (protip: hunt for retro cameras at 7am before tech geeks swarm). Hong Kong’s Khao San Road—backpackers slurp $18 fishball noodles under dystopian signage, but post-11pm, it morphs into a Blade Runner set.
  • Central & Lan Kwai Fong: By day, finance bros sprint through IFC Mall; by night, Champagne soaks historic cobblestones. Gay bars hide behind Hollywood Road graffiti, with designer hotels (1200−3000+HKD≈235-587 AUD) along the Mid-Levels Escalator. Live for 3am chilli crab with baijiu shots? This is your neon-drenched playground—but avoid NYE: LKF becomes a champagne-supernova warzone where stilettos jam in storm drains.

  • Victoria Peak Tram: To reach the summit of Victoria Peak, taking one of the world's oldest and most renowned Peak Trams is definitely an unforgettable experience! The entire railway is pulled by steel cables. The train climbs up the slope from an altitude of 28 meters to 396 meters (about 1,300 feet), and passengers can overlook the Victoria Harbour along the way. The tall buildings and thick bushes all seem to have fallen to one side. It's truly a wonderful feeling!
  • Temple Street Night Market: Temple Street Night Market, is a night market in Hong Kong that is full of authentic flavors. It is famous for its unique market atmosphere, a wide variety of goods and street snacks. To fully experience the charm of the Temple Street Night Market, it is recommended to visit after 8 p.m. At that time, the stalls are most complete and the atmosphere is the liveliest.
  • Chi Lin Nunnery at Sunset: Chi Lin Nunnery is a Buddhist temple located on Diamond Hill in Hong Kong, renowned for its unique Tang-style architecture and exquisite garden landscapes. It is recommended that tourists exit from Exit C2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station and follow the signs. Keep going and you will see the Heavenly Kings Hall, where there are Buddha statues and four statues of the Heavenly Kings.

Outstanding
TTim NazarovHad a couple days stay at these apartments. A few thing that I may say for those looking to know wether it is worth it or not 1. Location - is great, a few minutes walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro stations, ferry, 24 hour 7-eleven etc. 2. Room with a balcony is a must have - you’re basically paying for you personal spot with a harbor view which is fantastic 3. Rooms have everything you need and are spacious. We had a washing and drying machine, fridge, stove. Nothing to add here 4. Rooms filling is great 5. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly from reception to the pool and restaurant. 5* service here 6. The connecting floor and restaurant area are just stunning. Feels like you’re walking inside someone luxury apartment - big chess for children, other table games, view spots to chill I front of the great view, various art installations. It’s a great place to be What I can not understand is how in that wonderful place it can be such a mediocre kitchen. I’m not particularly picky on the food, conbini foods and Don Quijote fried chicken are fine for me, but that was something unexpected. I would highly suggest changing the kitchen to something more appropriate to the overall level of the apartment. Hong Kong has a billion fantastic kitchen options but that was around European 3* old hotel experience, unfortunately. It just didn’t taste anyhow, nothing. The buns were not fresh, the salad was not fresh, eggs were not done correctly, though deserts were fine. Anyway, hope this helps somebody

VVictor W LinI stayed here four nights in the 10-person dorm and honestly it was great! The ladies who take care of the place are wonderful and they keep everything clean. It's so much better to have actual people working here than many of the self-checkin places popping up where if anything goes wrong it can just become a big ordeal. The bunks themselves are nice, sturdy, and private with curtain, light, international charging socket, and a small locker (use your own lock) with enough room for my laptop, tablet, drone, camera, and documents. There's no kitchen, but they have a small microwave, water kettle, and small refrigerator. And of course the location is literally right across the street from the subway entrance and many eateries are all either within the block or a block away.

GGuest UserHotel stay was great! We got the Honey room with the large bed to accomodate 2 adults and 1 child. Room was spacious given all the other reviews of hotel rooms in HK. Room was clean and service was excellent. We were stuck in the room for a day too during Typhoon Ragasa! Only con is that there is no direct road access to front door of hotel but the slope road leading to the walkway is not bad at all. Close to many eateries in TST. Would stay again.
