Large room with oven and kitchen set. If you are sensitive about the noise ask for a room at a high floor and away from the road, there are many roadsters around.

Is what to be expected. It’s great if you’re only using it for sleep and store your belongings while you’re in Waikiki. Otherwise most of the reviews are accurate

The location is great! It's near the ABC store. We love it. However, we booked the pool view, at first we thought it's gonna be a glass window that could slide and see the view, but it was not.

Location was superb. Staff was friendly. But the surrounding was very noisy. Rooms were not sound proof and sleeping tight was quite a issue.

I was very disappointed when I got to my crappy old room...it was so hot in my room!! The a/c was barely working!! So I called the front desk to switch rooms... luckily she called me back and said she had another room for me... the new room wasn't really any better!! The a/c was in the back corner and still I couldn't feel the a/c!! I actually had to go to the back corner to feel a little air conditioned. We pay a lot of money to stay there and there rooms barely have working air conditioned!! We were very hot the whole time we were there!! So my friends and I will never stay there again!! And we will not recommend Waikiki heritage hotel to anyone!! Good luck...

Those who cannot speak English or who are looking for cleanliness should refrain from staying here. The room and especially the bath were completely different from the pictures, and it took courage for me to enter. Also, only the light at the entrance was on, and the bed was wet, so I went to the front desk, but they said they would come later and left it there.
