The hotel room is quite big, with a balcony and balcony chairs. The room is OK, suitable for couples to travel, but there is a shortcoming, there is no toothpaste and toothbrush, we went to 711 downstairs to buy them, it is very close to the beach, turn left and 200 meters away is Hua Hin Beach, the picture is the hotel's breakfast, there are eggs, bread slices, butter ketchup, bacon fried meat and orange juice, the breakfast is OK

Facilities: Complete facilities, very clean, the hotel is not big, but there is a swimming pool, not many people swim, basically you can book the pool, because it is close to the beach, there are many 5-star hotels nearby, but the cost performance is still better.

Clean hotel and clean big rooms with a nice balcony. Everything works fine and tv with wifi. WiFi is fast and you can easily do your work if needed. Location is fantastic if you want to be close to the beach and restaurants. The restaurant has strangely enough a very arrogant staff. They could work on that.

Nice hotel Brilliant location A bit dated Not the friendliest staff , something as simple as a good morning can go a long way Disappointed that we found out room unlocked after house keeping had been. Also could not operate the safe until they provided the master key, all of this because they could not be bothered replacing the batteries. Overall not a bad stay, but I will spend my money elsewhere

Moved here from another hotel to get closer to the beach. The walk in rate was much lower than the agoda prices quoted which was a pleasant surprise. It's an old building but the rooms are big and spacious. Lobby and hallways are kept nice and clean. Some coffee and tea provided in the rooms but no means of heating water to prepare said coffee and tea. A fridge and room safe and some basic toiletries were all that was provided. Wifi here is very slow so come prepared with your own sim card. Restaurant is ok, a bit pricey but i did enjoy the meals I had here during my stay. During the week the serve breakfast at 8am which is a bit later than what I would like and 7:30am during weekends, which is not much of an improvement in keeping with an early itinerary. Staff are friendly. I did notice the housekeeping staff don't seem to have their own area and are instead usually just hanging around by the hallway or the stairs during the day on their phones or having a chat or doing their nails in plain view of the guests. Not a complaint about the place, just something I've noticed. The highlight of this place is obviously it's proximity to the main beach. 3 min walk and you are there. There is a 7/11, a bank/western union, and pharmacy nearby as well as restaurants and pubs around the corner. It's a huge plus being so close to the beach in a town like Hua Hin which is either very hot during the day or very wet.

I've had two stays at this hotel over the last two weeks, for a total of six nights. The first stay was in a "twin room". The second stay was in a "superior room". The only difference I could tell between the two rooms is that the superior room had a bathtub instead of a shower and a newer Android TV which could access netflix, amazon, you tube, etc, and could play media files. Don't watch much tv when on holiday, but good to have the option during the rainy season. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and were very clean, with a large bed, wardrobe (both rooms with a non-functioning safe box), desk, end tables, fridge kettle, hot water and cool AC, and a small balcony with table and chairs. No real view to speak of from any of the rooms. Both rooms had a router inside the room, ensuring a stable wifi connection. Swimming pool was small and shallow, but I did use it every day to swim a few laps or to cool off after outings. Pool towels were available at the reception desk. There's a restaurant on site serving breakfast and lunch, but I didn't eat there so I can't report on the food. All staff I encountered were exceptionally friendly and professional. Location is perfect, really, if you wish to stay in the city center. Easy walk to the beach, 7-11, train station, minivan stops, money changers, night market, Soi Bintabaht, Soi 80, and uncounted restaurants, bars, and massage shops. Definitely a reasonable (but not great) value at this price point. I won't hesitate to return next time I'm in Hua Hin.

Nice place, with terrace. Menu is both Thai and European. Thai food is perfect ; Nam tock, lap moo, papaya pok pok. Restaurant very clean. Professional service. Near by the public beach acces and many other bars or places to eat. Prices are correct.

The reservation was made by email for 6 people without any deposit required. Very warm welcome, quick check-in without complications (which is very rare in Thailand). Simple, family-run and comfortable hotel that offers fairly spacious rooms with everything you need, including bathrobes. Excellent value for money

Check-in was very friendly; I was allowed to park the motorcycle in the courtyard, and even though I had booked the room for 1,900 baht (about €50), I was informed that it was low season and I would only be charged 1,000 baht (about €27). It occurred to me that I was also paying €21 for my cat's accommodation at the pet hotel in Oberding near Munich... The room is large, the furnishings a bit dated but charming; the hotel is family-run. The Wi-Fi is good, but the air conditioning is very loud; I had to sleep with earplugs. Dinner was very good, and breakfast (both not included in the price) was also good. A welcome change from the slick, polished chain hotels in Bangkok.
