"The young lady at the front desk was particularly proactive. Because she brought the items that needed insulation, she asked the young lady in the freezer. Miss sister said that there is no freezer but there are ice cubes and helped me prepare a large pack of ice cubes. I am willing to actively help customers find solutions to the problem. The hotel has a rich breakfast dish, and the clothes are forgotten in the restaurant. There are also staff who take the initiative to help keep them. The room was very clean. Although it was facing the street, the sound insulation was very good. There was no noise all night."

This did not happen. Her tone was very harsh, as if I owed her money, and she also said that I booked it through a third party. With such people in this kind of place, the cultural tourism won't be very good either. I suggest you don't stay at this place. There are many good ones that have just opened nearby. I thought Ramada was better, but there wasn't much to eat for breakfast. Too bad"

"Highly recommend! What's it like to stay in a county-level heritage site for just over 300 RMB? The owner's service attitude is superb. We parked our car in the abandoned Shaanxi Guild Hall (a national heritage site!), and the owner picked us up in a shuttle bus, taking us into the ancient town in just a few minutes. They provided a detailed travel guide and even upgraded our room. In the morning, we took two copper coins to have breakfast at the 300-year-old Qinghe Garden. Plus, the inn itself is incredibly picturesque; I immediately put on a qipao and took so many great photos."

"Very satisfied. The environment is elegant and quiet. The price is reasonable, much better than the one in the neighborhood. The owner's attitude is excellent; they went to buy breakfast for me early in the morning. They helped with my luggage and greeted me warmly, unlike the service in a rural town. This is a traditional Tang family residence, and the interior decoration and materials are exquisite. This is the best hotel I've stayed at these past few days!"

Lots of succulents are planted at the entrance. The owner is warm and hospitable and pet-friendly. The guesthouse is very close to the old town, less than a 5-minute walk."

"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in during my travels. The water bottle had been used and drunk from the tap; it was low as soon as I walked in, and the tap had been opened and used. The Wi-Fi was terrible; even the TV channels required internet access – a first for me. The lighting was also extremely dim, even worse than the bathroom. In the mornings, I could hear people talking outside the door, indicating very poor soundproofing. A truly awful experience! I do not recommend it; avoid it!"

"I booked a family room two weeks ago, but upon check-in, they said there was a problem with the room and it was unavailable. I hadn't received a call informing me, and it was difficult to find a room nearby at the last minute. Since I was already there with my young baby and didn't want to keep looking for accommodation, I decided to make do. The room was originally a 1.5m bed + 1.2m bed, but they changed it to a 1.2m bed + 1.2m bed, saying the price was the same and they wouldn't refund the difference. The hotel was very old, and the pictures online were heavily edited. The facilities and decor were outdated and dilapidated. About ten meters ahead, there was a Meijing Grand Hotel with a similar price, but a much better environment, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. So, the hotel hadn't informed me beforehand that my booked room type was unavailable. The sink leaked, there was mold everywhere, and they put me in a room on the side of the road, making it impossible to sleep all night. It was a truly terrible experience."
