I book the business suite for two nights with two rooms and one sitting room, but i was surprised that when i check in, inside the room don't have a fridge even though in our booking confirmation clearly stated have, secondly the TV in the sitting room is not working .after i call to the front counter they arrange the small fridge and changed the TV, but the staff is so rude, he just use his card to open my door, honestly they should check the facilities before give to another guest, one more thing i can't accept is they allowed anyone go up to the floor of guest rooms, delivery guy or others, i not feel comfortable and safe , cos it seems you are living in a place without and security control.

This stay was a great experience! The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was fast and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good sleep. The bathroom facilities are complete and there is a steady supply of hot water. The location is excellent, with many delicious restaurants and attractions nearby and convenient transportation. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes good. Very cost-effective, I will come again next time!

The parent-child room we booked this time was very large, and the children were very surprised and happy when they entered the room. The room is very large, bright and clean, and the projection is also a favorite of the children. The elevator is very strange. You have to go to the 4th floor, walk up a slope, and then reach the floor. At the end of each floor is a safety door that can be opened at any time. There is a fire ladder below, which means that people below can climb up at any time. It is average in terms of safety. The corridor already had a stuffy smell, and the room had an even more stuffy and moldy smell. It was very uncomfortable. The hair dryer in the bathroom is even more speechless. You have to press the button by hand to make the air come out, and the wind is very weak and not warm. I pressed the switch for half an hour to blow my hair, and my hands were sore, but my hair was still not dry.

The location is excellent. Knowing that we were bringing children to stay, we arranged for an upgrade. There was a small problem at the beginning, but the front desk and room attendants handled it in a timely manner. The price/performance ratio was very high and it was worth staying.

The hotel includes breakfast. I got there at 9:15 in the morning and there were only plates left. I waited for more than 10 minutes and a plate of noodles was snatched up before I even walked over. Too bad.

The hotel has a convenient location, good front desk service, and coffee to entertain guests. The suite rooms are large and each room has a bathroom, which is convenient. There are not many types of breakfast, but I am full and satisfied overall.
