"When the microwave went out of order, I reported it and they quickly replaced the whole thing, which was a great solution. Also, when I made a mistake in my reservation or when I was unable to make a reservation for a long-term stay, they tried to fill in the gaps and make the reservation cheaper than Trip.com, which was very helpful. Thank you."

"Unlike New Chitose Airport, there are no planes taking off or landing at Itami Airport after 9pm, and since the hotel does not face the gliding field, it is quiet after 9pm.
For breakfast, you can eat Le Pain Kobe Kitano sandwiches from 6am if you request them at the front desk when you check in.
You have to pick up the sandwiches yourself from the front desk."

"It is extremely convenient to take a flight from ITM Osaka Itami Airport! There is a shuttle bus at any time, and you can also reach it on foot.
It is rare for a business hotel next to the airport to have an artificial hot spring public pool, and it is also rare to have a tatami Japanese-style room (can accommodate four people). You need to make your own bed. The facilities in the room are okay, but the cleanliness is poor. People with mysophobia may suffer from it. Not suitable for guests with allergies"

"This hotel was compensated by ana... The flight could not land and had to return... 4 hours on the plane, and then 4 hours at the airport to change the flight... The hotel is at the airport (but you need to walk along the sidewalk, don't go through the parking lot when you see it opposite... There is a basketball net opposite and you can't get through at all) The hotel includes self-service breakfast in the morning, providing bread and coffee from 5:30-6:00, and self-service after 6:00. The variety is Japanese, and you can still eat enough. It's not bad to walk 5 minutes from the hotel to Sukiya. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning, which is very convenient, just queue up. (I also saw the scene of the police chasing 🙀 I was so lucky..."

"The staff are very polite and pleasant. The shuttle from the airport is also very helpful. We were a couple, but the room wasn't small and the bed was normal. The basic amenities are provided, so we will definitely come back again if we use the airport again."

"Stayed at ホテル ルナ Chi田 Shop (Hotel Luna Ikeda). At first, it seemed to be a little wrong type. (I just learned later that it was a love hotel type hotel) but overall it was good.
Spacious room And most importantly, the location is very good, very close to Itami airport, making it very convenient and fast to travel to the plane, suitable for people with morning flight. Or want to stay near the airport
Overall, it is a better experience than expected. If there is a chance, I will come back to use the service again."

"The location is very convenient. The hotel is not far from Itami Airport and there are restaurants nearby. The room is very large and very comfortable for one person. There is a Kinoshita facility in the airport that is convenient for nucleic acid testing for returning home, so I stayed for three nights and checked out after getting the results within 48 hours. It was very comfortable."

"I didn’t read the reviews beforehand. Turns out this is a love hotel. Saw lots of couples discreetly checking in and out. The room has “amenities” available including a massage wand.
There’s no restaurant. Everything food wise is delivered to the room and placed in a cabinet from the corridor which the guest can open up on the room side to discreetly take the food.
That said, it doesn’t feel seedy at all and I’d happily stay again as a solo traveller. The rooms are big and very clean."

"Really cheap. There is no room key or card, so you need to call the front desk to ask the staff to open and close the door. This may not be acceptable to everyone. The room is large and the bathtub with massage function is also large. For breakfast, you need to reserve the menu and delivery time through the menu on the room TV. When the time comes, a staff member will deliver breakfast to the cabinet next to the room door and ring the doorbell to notify you. The hotel is next to the highway, with free parking. There are several hotels nearby, but there are only two large restaurants nearby. One of them was too crowded and had to queue up. There are no supermarkets, shopping malls, or drugstores nearby, so it's relatively quiet."
