"Very nice property, clean, modern, great staff. There's a mall nearby so also convenient. Only downside is that you have to take a bus if you want to use the train system. Otherwise, it's a tad cheaper than similar areas with train access. 30 minutes bus to the nearest train central so consider if the tradeoff is worth it for you"

"The place is close to Deakin University which is the place I visit, I booked a one bedroom apartment and was given a two bedroom one, and the room is clean and spacious. It has a balcony and a nice courtyard. However, the biggest issue I had was that my room was very noisy with the traffic passing thought out the night, and tram is especially disturbing, so I hardly slept during the night. I don't blame the hotel for that but would hope I had requested a room at the back. It can also be inconvenient if you arrive outside the business hours as the reception is only attended between 10 to 5pm. I had to take my luggage with me as I was unable to check out during that period."
