Decent hotel for the price, but I found a cockroach in the bathroom There was a physical key for the room, (no keycard) and it was slightly bent. Otherwise, the room was fine, me and my friend had to wait a bit during the check-in

The staff here are friendly and helpful. When my son accidentally overtoasted the bread and set off the fire alarm, they didn’t blame him at all. Instead, they did what they could to calm him down and reassure him. Truly kind and understanding people!

Helpful gentleman at check in was very pleasant. Room was perfectly adequate for a short stay.Never had breakfast so can't comnent. Although not central, the location is well served for the metro, tram and bus around Paris.

I had a great night for the last 2 days. The stuff is amazing! They look after my luggage for free!! However the only thing is air conditioning was actually not well working. I think it's working but it's not cold enough for AC. Otherwise nice location and good Room quality!

3 bed is OK but too small room area, even no chair in. And the lock can not be changed in room to stop outside person open the door.

My reservation was cancelled without permission, and I paid €200 to stay at another hotel. In the following sentence, I asked for a refund due to this forced cancellation, but it was rejected. We continue to ask for a refund. I will change this review if the refund goes well. ＜＜My request through Trip.com is as below＞＞ 宿泊施設にチェックインできなかった。ホテルに到着したところ「あなたの予約はない」と言われました。同行者も「予約がない」と言われました。その後、フロントの人が電話でマネージャーに電話していました。その結果、「一部屋だけなら確保できる」と言われたので、同行者を優先し、私は宿泊を諦めました。ホテルが無断でキャンセルしたので、全額の返金を求めます。。

Room was in very bad condition, dead mosquito still stuck to the wall near ac vent. Lucky we were there one night only. Would not book again.

Free coffee and friendly staff! The air conditioners did not work well though

The check-in/check-out instructions were clear and the staff was friendly. The room was a bit small, but it was reasonably good value for just staying one night.

Ok stay , would not stay again , hair dryer broke , shower not working correctly , close to airport

The bed size was so small that an adult struggle to sleep. The taps were leaking, no heating in working condition in the room.

the bathroom is too old, the hair dryer isn't work. So bad.

This hotel is relatively hygienic and has a good sleep.

Never again. It's meant to be a smoke-free hotel but stank of cigarette smoke. I woke up choking on it. No tea and coffee in the room and they employed all sorts of tricks to avoid the guests using the communal coffee point where only hot water or coffee is available- if the machine was on. Most of the time if wasn't. I went down at 11pm on the first night to be told the machine was closed at that time. They switched off the machine, had no normal tea bags available only menthol and mint, no coffee sachets, no milk, no cups. I really had to nag before I got anything and was met with faces of thunder. They were advertised with room service and a restaurant but had neither. They served breakfast in the morning but there was no food other than breakfast. When I asked about nearby restaurants I was initially told there wad none, then to wonder about to the left of the hotel down a dark alleh to see if I could find anything. It was gone midnight and I am a woman alone. Is that the best advice? Or dangerous? In the morning I found out restaurants open after midnight are to the right. Why doesn't a hotel know that? There was black mould in the shower and the shower head sprayed water in all directions so you and the bathroom walls and ceiling got a wash at the same time. Very basic hotel like a travel inn but OK if the service level wasn't near zero. The cleaners shouted in the morning and all day. You are there on holiday and/or working late and you may want to lie in - but no. Top of their voices for hours. No good restaurants nearby but you won't starve with the little eating placed. In a very busy area for traffic. As I said, never again. All I wanted all week was a cup of English breakfast tea, but it was such an ordeal.
