The service and location are both good, the dinner and breakfast are plentiful, the rooms are large, and you can choose a private hot spring session (40 minutes) for free, which is great value for money.

This was my first time trying a Japanese bathhouse, and I loved it! We stayed in a larger room for four people; the adults slept on the beds, and the kids slept on the tatami mats. Dinner was amazing—a semi-buffet with crab legs, yakiniku (grilled pork), sukiyaki, and various kinds of sake. Then we happily soaked in the hot spring. We checked in on a Saturday and didn't meet a single other Chinese person; it was all local Japanese tourists. Highly recommended! Great value for money!

A very good hotel with a very high cost performance. I stay in this hotel every time I come to Shuzenji. There are three baths and hot springs. The room is also very large, with two single beds and tatami.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly. The facilities were excellent, the onsen (hot spring) was amazing, and the breakfast was great! 👍 Free ice cream and drinks were included. 😋 This is the hotel for my Izu trip! 🏨

The facilities were old and not very organized, and the corridors were very cold. I was really disappointed when I opened the window in my room and found spider webs and a huge spider. I was looking forward to the food, but the half buffet was a disappointment. It was nice that there was all-you-can-drink alcohol from check-in until the meal. The cave bath was also nice. I wasn't expecting much, but considering the price of the accommodation, I guess it can't be helped overall.

An average hot spring hotel, the hotel is relatively old. The first time I encountered it, I had to change into slippers as soon as I entered the hotel lobby, but I could drag my luggage upstairs. In addition to the large bath, there is also an open-air bath that is free and another that is charged. Reservations are required for both. There are some outdoor walkways leading to this open-air bath that are not well lit. I chose this bath and didn't have time to try the large bath. The hotel room is large and has enough space but the equipment is quite old. The shower in the room is not powerful enough, the heating is not enough, the inside of the refrigerator is a bit dirty, and the stains on the bottom of the shower curtain have not been replaced after long-term use. Overall cleanliness and hygiene should be improved. Overall I would not consider this hotel again.

The location is far from Shuzenji Onsen Street. It takes a quarter of an hour to walk with the luggage. Fortunately, the attractions to be seen are within this range. The hotel requires changing into slippers in the lobby, but you can still walk in with your luggage. I don't know how the floor can be kept clean. In addition, the hotel slippers are cold and slippery, and not convenient to wear. What's even more bizarre is that the hotel doesn't clean the rooms. They just put the towels, bath towels and bed sheets that need to be changed at the door for guests to do it themselves. This is the first time I've encountered such a hotel. Bad review. That is the level of a farm stay. The only good thing was that the dinner was great and rich, with a small hot pot and sea crab legs. The service staff seemed to be Indian, very warm and thoughtful. There was no service in the room or the hot spring house. There were no towels in the hot spring house, and the floor was covered with hair and lint, which was very dirty.

There is a 711 quite far away. It is better to order meals at the hotel. If you don’t want to order meals at the hotel, you can buy them at 711. Because the hotel has a lot of ups and downs, it is quite difficult to go out. There is free table tennis to play, and there are vending machines and milk machines in the hotel. The milk in it is particularly delicious. I drank 3 bottles in one go. The hotel has public hot springs, which are indoors, and you can also choose to have outdoor hot springs only according to time.

20240825 (Sunday) Stayed here on a family trip. A subsidiary of the Breeze Bay Group, it owns approximately 150 hotels in Japan. They bought a closed hotel, renovated the interior, and operated it as the Breeze Bay Group Hotel. The rear exterior remains intact, but the interior is really nice and looks like a first class hotel if you only look at the interior. The meals are dinner and breakfast buffet, dinner includes kaiseki small meal + buffet + unlimited drinks including wine 🍶♡🥃. And there were activities that day, including my wife's favorite crabs🦀 and my favorite eels all you can eat✨I was very satisfied~😋😋😋 The hot springs include a large indoor bath ♨️Hashidani Rock Bath, an open-air private bath ♨️All-Star Bath☆ that can be reserved at the front desk, and our own private bath ♨️Rock-cut Bath that is carved out of the rock surface. Hashirama Iwaro is an indoor bath, so you can't enjoy the view, but it's spacious and you can relax ✨ There are 5 washing areas with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The dressing room has 2 hairdryers and an air conditioner. The all-star bath is an open-air bath, not big, but you can definitely see the stars at night☆The frog doll is very cute🐸Washing area 1, shampoo is provided, and the changing room is also integrated, outside, so there is air conditioning, but no hair dryer. The table tennis in the game room 🏓, the comics in the leisure room 💆♂️, the massage chairs, and the karaoke 🎤 room are all free to use, have fun 😁 Many of the hotel staff are foreigners. Although it is awkward, they still try their best to provide service. However, during the meal, the staff politely directed me to the wrong seat (I think she acted a bit like the boss lady). The entire facility is old and it is complicated to get to the room. On the way to the hot springs, the floor was very slippery. The meal is so-so... I only like unlimited refills of alcohol during dinner.

The hotel is located in a corner of Shuzenji Temple. It is very unique and unique. Beer ramen is free and unique.
