"The parking floor is really dirty, the toilet is not clean too, and the water drain in the toilet is blocked until the bathroom floods. Other than that it is good, the place is comfortable and the facilities are okay"

"the overall condition and facilities of the room are quite good,just some small things need to be prepared before the guest starts to stay,the bed linen is not neat and comfortable,the electricity has been cut off because of running out of the power,the tv channel is not catched well, wifi is not available"
