"Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest."

"Staff were lovely however the hotel has seen better days. The rooms were noisy and the tap in one of the rooms was making sounds all night making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast also had a lot to be desired. The beds were clean though so passible for one night if no other places are available."
