"Perfect winter holiday in Pitztal We spent one full week over Christmas at Panorama Alpin – Wellness Aparthotel as a family of six, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartment was very large, spacious, and ideal for a family. There was plenty of room for everyone, with a well-equipped kitchen, generous living space, comfortable beds, and excellent storage. Everything was spotlessly clean, well maintained, cozy, and felt very welcoming — perfect after long winter days outdoors. The hotel is extremely well equipped. There is large, convenient parking, which made arrival and daily logistics very easy. A big plus is the ski bus that stops right by the hotel, taking you to the ski slopes in about 5 minutes, making skiing effortless even with children. There is also a dedicated ski room, well organized and practical for storing equipment. The wellness area is outstanding. The swimming pool, spa, and multiple saunas are modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. It was wonderful to relax there in the afternoons and evenings after skiing. In addition, there is a gym, which is great for anyone who wants to stay active beyond skiing. The hotel also has a restaurant, which is very convenient after a full day on the slopes. Combined with the apartment setup, this gives you flexibility between dining out, eating in, or enjoying hotel services. The location is excellent — quiet, scenic, and offering beautiful panoramic views, yet very close to the slopes and perfectly positioned for exploring the Jerzens ski area and the wider Pitztal region. Even during the busy Christmas season, the atmosphere remained calm, cozy, and family-friendly. Overall, the hotel combines space, comfort, cleanliness, wellness facilities, and an excellent ski location in a way that works perfectly for families. Our Christmas holiday here was truly memorable, and we would happily return again — both in winter and in other seasons. Highly recommended for families, ski lovers, and anyone looking for a relaxing, well-organized alpine stay."

"We stayed in this hotel when we were biking the Via Claudia Augusta. We stayed one night in the hotel. It is a family-owned 3 star hotel. Nice and clean room. The people were helpful and resourceful. The location is good!"

"Hotel is lovely and clean. Rooms are a really good standard and all the staff are really friendly. It’s about 15/20 minute walk to the train station which is the only down side however the train to Innsbruck only takes 20 minutes. ROther than that, everything is great and would definitely book again next time I want to visit Innsbruck."

"We stayed here on our way from Italy to Belgium, and the hotel proved to be ideally located. The design and amenities are impressive: the pool, sauna, climbing wall, and Kids Cave made our stay truly special. From our room, we enjoyed panoramic views that were truly breathtaking. The breakfast was exceptionally high quality: very extensive, freshly made, and incredibly delicious – truly outstanding. A minor drawback was the minimal decor of the room and the cleanliness of the bathroom; we found some hair in the shower and toilet. That was a shame, but it didn't outweigh the many positives. All in all, highly recommended, and we may well return!"

"We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, kitchen was great and the rooms were large and clean. The welness was very nice as well. Only minor detail was that the welness wasn't open more often. (which is actually a compliment for the welness). I would recommend this to everyone for a skitrip (Pitztal) or a mountain summer vacation."
