Regarding your question about pool and fitness center fees, we understand your concern and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by our failure to clearly inform you of the relevant rules in advance. To ensure a comfortable and uncrowded fitness and leisure environment for all guests, we have implemented reasonable limits on the number of guests allowed to use these facilities simultaneously. Our policy is that each room can accommodate two adults and one child under 1.4 meters free of charge. For additional guests, we charge a reduced rate below the market rate, primarily to help cover some of the operating and maintenance costs. Of course, we understand that good communication is the foundation of excellent service. Your feedback is crucial to us. We have reminded our front desk staff that we will proactively and clearly explain the rules for these facilities to guests upon check-in in the future to avoid any misunderstandings.
