My only minor issue is that the duvets are quite thick and heavy. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't offer buckwheat pillows. I consistently find the standard pillows too high, causing neck discomfort every time I stay. Despite being a frequent guest for many stays, buckwheat pillows have never been available. I strongly suggest the hotel invests in some."
