"Очень новый. Даже телек новый. Принадлежит семье. Есть кофе, чай. Кондей работает хорошо. Единственное горячая вода в ванне из за нагревалетя хватало на 1 минуту. Лучше бы был проточный нагреватель. Останавливались на один день. За эти деньги топ. Если бы горячая вода лилась постоянно то 10/10 а так 9/10"

"Both of the pillows cover smells no so good amd one of them partly tear off. Need to be renewed as it was mentioned by the room boy, it has been ordered for quiet long time but never been followed up. This occurs several times during my regular visit as i have to travel there to visit my daughter. Proper control of the customer services need to be adhered to approproately."

"As usual... Never disappointed staying at Bintang Mulia. Ma'am and sir, everything is fine... The room is clean, the AC is good, the TV isn't bad at all, the bathroom is clean, the hot water works well... The food is also delicious even though it doesn't have much variety but it's delicious. That's all... I'll definitely come back again... This is my 3rd stay here😊😊"

"Nice basic hotel. Only problem for me is there is no fridge. A fridge would have been nice. The toilet also clogs for a few minutes and floods when you shower but after a while its fine. Breakfast options were amazing."
