"The hotel is very good, with a balcony where you can dry your clothes. Opposite is a huge golf course, and it is very quiet in the morning and evening. The most important thing is that it is run by Chinese people, and Chinese food is served in the morning, noon and evening, which is very good and cost-effective."

"Great place, especially if travelling as family or with friends. The 2 bedroom apartment are pretty sizable.
Their electricity battery backup works seamlessly without noticeable interruption. The only thing is that the battery storage is connected to lighting and select wall sockets. But it's pretty good.
The only other thing is that the access roads to the apartment are very bad, especially on a rainy day. I was advised that the works are under way and the access roads will be fixed soon."

"Great hotel right in the middle of Kampala. Everything is easily accessible. Nice big room with big bed. A window makes it a really nice room. Big bathroom with everything you need. Breakfast early is less, later it gets more extensive. Coffee was difficult."

"Uganda chose this hotel for a business trip. The hotel environment is very good, very new, clean and comfortable. The black guy at the front desk was really average on the night of the stay, and the lobby service was average. On the contrary, the restaurant staff was very enthusiastic."

"This is the second time I booked this hotel. I am generally satisfied, but not as satisfied as the first time.
The hotel has good security and I feel safe staying here.
The interior design of the hotel is good, but some facilities are a bit old.
The hotel service is not satisfactory. The sewer has been a bit blocked, and it has not been repaired even after feedback. The water temperature is speechless, either very hot or very cold.
The speed and attitude of the hotel staff in handling problems are not very good, and they always shirk responsibility."

"The place was ok, I would not say it was good or very good because of the services. They never had the required basic things in the room to refill. The water is never available on time. The bathing soap was not refilled even after ewquesting them for 3 days.
The location is good, rooms are clean but the only lacking was service and basic amenities."

BBubaeVery clean,the customer service was awesome from reception date to departure.The environment is full of trees🥰if you are in love with nature.not far from Airport,it's about 30/45 minutes drive away.not far from the city either with amenities so close.I only missed on swimming since there were functions on on both days and very busy especially the swimming pool area.All in all.a perfect place to stay.

11368191****The hotel is not big, but every aspect is in place. Clean, safe and comfortable. Especially the breakfast is very good. The security situation in Kampala is not particularly reassuring (in fact, it should be because there are not so many armed security guards), so I only went out to visit Carrefour in the company of friends. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant on weekdays, which was generally not expensive. The taste is pretty good. Can anyone guess how much the Chinese-style grilled tilapia with rice is worth in RMB, which is bigger than your face?

MMikeFdGreat place for holiday. The customer service is outstanding. All employees made me feel very welcome and man was the food amazing. Every dish I ordered was very delicious. I would come here many times over, just for the food.
The only thing is that the road to the hotel is very poor. Extremely bumpy ride, and I am not sure how people would move around on rainy days.

FFilipp ViFriendly personnel, good location close to the city center, pretty nice restaurant. Pretty poor breakfasts with nearly the same options every day. There is electric kettle in room but cord is too short and I had to use cup as stand while boiling water. Bathroom is average and saw better times, hot water 24/7. Premium rooms have AC but no fridge. No coffee table only narrow console along the wall you can use to store something. Wardrobe is just big box with one shelf and several thin clothes hangers. Stable wife connection. Pretty good price to quality ratio comparing with nearby places.

TTuty KHotel is within walking distance of downtown. Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Not many dining options within the vicinity although hotel does have a restaurant. Breakfast was satisfactory and delivered to room. Internet was fast. There are matatus that pass the hotel that go all the way to Entebbe so it was very convenient for me

KKobe & KyleWe stayed here on our way from Kampala to Nairobi. It is conveniently located right down the road from the Mash POA bus station.
We also had breakfast included and it was fantastic. In addition to the items put out, we were asked if we wanted to order anything else specifically from the kitchen.
We also booked the most affordable rate that included AC and were surprised with a suite and an entirely second room with 3 couches.

GGuest UserBooked this hotel for its the conference venue I was attending. Clean spacious room, attentive staffs and usual hotel amenities provided.
Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request.
Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price.
Airport taxi usd90 to&fro.
Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.
