"The hotel is located inside the QUT KG campus, with restaurants BAR and woolies at the door. Parking is too expensive at 45 dollars a night. It is recommended to park on the street after 7 pm, it is free. The room was very clean and the stay was very comfortable."

"This is a good, clean hotel. The hotel management is incredibly hospitable, highly professional, and efficient, always quick to resolve any unexpected issues guests might encounter. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. All services advertised by the hotel are indeed provided. The hotel dining area offers complimentary 24/7 access to excellent coffee, sugar, milk, and cereal with raisins. It's a convenient 25-minute journey to the city center, and public transport runs reliably without delays. There's an artificial sandy beach right in the city center. For a change of scenery, a fantastic beach awaits in Gold Coast, just a 2-hour train ride away."

"The airport arrived at the hotel very late, did not inform the front desk, the front desk had rested. I played a lot of calls and pressed the doorbell a lot of time. A super kind uncle helped me check in. He said that the check in the next night should be informed in advance, people are super nice. The hotel has free indoor parking, plus points!"

"The room rate is cheap. I booked a cheaper hotel because I had to get up early to catch the flight. The only drawback was that I was given a disabled room on the lower floor. I had to get up early the next day so I didn't ask for a room change. The floor was high and I could smell the fumes from the restaurant downstairs. I recommend booking a room on a higher floor."

"This place was definitely value for money! It was in a great location, not far from the airport and the variety of different places to eat was great. We didn't really see any staff but all all amenities were clean, the floor in our room was a bit sticky and it was a bit noisy from upstairs but apart from that we couldn't really fault it."

"Super friendly and accommodating service. We had to book lat minute, all details were sent through promptly. The apartment had everything you could need and a number to call if any issues. Loved there was a tv in the main bedroom of our 2brm apt. Will book again."

"Lost a cell phone. Phoned and was advised this had been found and if I organised a pre paid envelope this would be posted to myself.
I organised the pre paid international envelope to be delivered to then send the cell phone to my home address. The prepaid envelope has been returned to the sender and I am unsuccessfully able to get any replies from the company now on how my phone will be returned to me"

"The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. You can hear every word people say outside the door, and the constant slamming of doors from neighboring rooms is incredibly disruptive. Out of all the cities I've visited in Australia, this hotel was by far the worst!"
