Really goooood! It feels like a small home away from home. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast is very decent. The coffee is no good, but the beautiful chirps of the birds in the morning more than make up for the cheap coffee. The shuttle service to the Mall and Airport is fantastic. Thank you Dove's Nest, you're better than the rest!

Easy access from airport. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean and spacious. Lovely hot shower. Breakfast was very yummy.

The hotel is suitable for an overnight stay. Its obvious advantage is its proximity to the airport. The hotel also offers a free transfer to the airport. There is some untidiness and dilapidation of the walls in the room and the quality of the flooring. However, the bed linen is clean. The surrounding area is unfavorable, the hotel itself is safe. If you are not very picky, then the hotel is quite suitable, but I would not recommend it for more than 1 day.

I was delighted with everything about the Doves Nest Guest House. Especially when a hot meal was offered to me at check in!! Clean, quiet, charming, beautiful, all with a friendly and helpful staff. I will stay again when traveling through Johannesburg. I happily enjoyed the gardens while waiting for my ride back to catch my evening flight.

I had a wonderful stay at this guest house! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I could ask for. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and the little touches — like fresh towels and complimentary tea/coffee — made a big difference. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to the airport. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Close to the airport with convenient free shuttle services. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

My sister and I were starting our South Africa journey here. We arrived late in the evening at the airport and we were worried how we should travel safe to your guest house. There was absolutely no reason for that, because we were picked up from the arrival hall from the airport and brought to the guest house, where we could go immediately to our room to get a good night sleep. The breakfast was also very good. The next morning we could use the shuttle bus to return to the airport to pick up our rental car.
