"Impressive experience : Location have all the facilities, perfect for family, couple, group travel. You can literally find everything here do not have to leave the hotel if you dont want too. I have notice there are 2 type of zone, pool access zone which perfect for fun type of vacation, if you want a bit more peace look for villa otherwise it could overwhelm you wit a lot going on in the pool area. Also lagoon view room ＜ not a villa＞ can give you a bit more semi private and peaceful experience. Breakfast is abundant ＜ not much choice for Vegan/Vegetarian ＞. Plenty parking available. Plenty socket in the room, huge bathroom, huge bathtub for lagoon view room, The most impressive is 5 stars service, all staff are well train, calm and relaxing personality, everyone is very nice and polite to client, they know how to make guest feel prioritize, very safe as well, I have lost my earphone never thoughts i could get it back ＜. think it was lost in the sand＞ but one of the staff found it and return to me i was so blessed. Also private beach is stunningly beautiful and quiet. They also have application where you can order and see all hotel detail in the app, super convenience, you can also request date/time for make up room service as well from the app, I used it for in room dinning work very well. I would recommended this place. Suggestion: Furniture are unique design but not practical, wall is too thin i was annoyed by my neighbor most of the time. Remark: The place look exactly right on the picture."

"Firstly, the room we thought we booked didn’t have a bath, despite the website saying it did. We had a deluxe room, it was a large room. What let it down was nowhere to store our luggage which meant our cases were on the floor the whole time. Bathroom is incorporated into the room, the shower was small and mouldy. After 8 days the shower wasn’t cleaned and mould continued to grow.  The fridge didn’t work, we also had problems with the safe not working, and toilet blocked, housekeeping was hit and miss. We would have to call in the afternoon as our room hadn’t been cleaned.  The pool area was nice, right on a lovely beach…this was until other guests starting smoking. We spoke to staff about this but found they didn’t want confrontation.  Also ******** was wafting through on a regular basis, again found it difficult to get anything done about this. The pool towels were old, stained. The toilets were right near the Sunne Bar which stunk.  I would not recommend this hotel to my friends."

"Красивый отель в красивом месте! Номера удобные и уютные. деревянный пол, что очень приятно и редкость для отелей у моря. Сначала немного удивило расположение шкафа и зоны с холодильником и чайником в ванной, но оказалось довольно удобно. Отель не новый, но все работает, видно что делают небольшой ремонт, меняют светильники и так далее. Поддерживают чистоту и рабочее состояние. Матрасы жесткие, нам понравился. Территория очень зеленая и цветущая, гуляют вараны). Завтрак стандартный, все вкусное, свежее. большого разнообразия нет, но на наш взгляд и не нужно. Пляж прекрасен! Во время нашего пребывания были большие волны, поэтому особо не плавали, было достаточно бассейна. Бассейн, кстати, очень хороший, чистый и удобный как для взрослых так и для детей. До основной улицы либо пешком около 10 минут (до начала магазинов и ресторанов) вдоль дороги (тротуар есть), либо на сонгтэо, цена от отеля 200 бат, из центра от 100, как договоритесь, цены называют разные даже одни и те же таксисты). Можно идти по пляжу и потом подниматься вверх к дороге. Но учитывайте что во время прилива некоторые места трудно проходимы или не проходимы, идти придётся через другие отели. От души рекомендую отель тем кто хочет отдыха в тишине и живописном месте, но в пешей доступности от торговой зоны."

"The hotel in Khao Lak town is so beautiful. The check-in is very smooth, the environment is super beautiful, and the swimming pool is so comfortable. I booked a two-bedroom villa. The living room is a bit small, and the own swimming pool is not big, but it is just right for children to play. After playing, they can jump directly to the beach to play. The beach is private to the hotel and very quiet. The hotel children's playground is not available, but it is full of good quality wooden toys that can be played for a long time. I don't know why it closes at 5 o'clock. The breakfast variety is not rich, but it is very delicate. There are not many adult activities in the hotel. Muay Thai is recommended. The bicycle (paid) tour is average and not recommended. The disadvantage is that the water temperature of the villa's swimming pool is low. There is shade in the morning but the water is cold. It is super sunny between 10-4 o'clock and you can't go into the water. Then the refrigerator and bathroom are not replenished in time every day. I am not very satisfied with this price. The leftovers were left at the door one night. No one took them away the next morning. A big lizard was attracted. I was scared to death."

"Our stay at Robinson the was great. It was the end of our trip with two sets of parents, and the perfect place to wind down and relax on a beautiful beach. The staff was excellent and made us feel immediately welcomed. The biggest positives in our view: Staff, cleanliness, immaculate grounds, breakfast, gym/basketball/sports courts, and the great beach. What could be improved upon: the a la carte menu at the Bamboo bar was lacking in Thai options, as well as general quality. We ordered 7 dishes, and only the samosas and fish and chips were of decent quality compared to other food on our trip. This was in stark contrast to their breakfast and dinner buffets, which were both pretty good. Neutral: The location. While the resort has everything you'd need, they are fairly out of the way of everything. This offers a more private and quiet feel, but also means options are lacking, such as finding good Thai food or doing any light shopping or stocking up on drinking water at a sane price. - If you walk south on the beach (through a fun rocky area when tide isn't too high), you'll find some good restaurants, such as Thai Beach restaurant. Their food was among the best we'd had on our trip. The massaman curry was fantastic. Overall: Lovely stay, and would come back again for a few days!"

"This resort was excellent! I travelled here my girlfriend for the weekend and it exceeded all of expectations. The location is perfect right next to the beach, and the hospitality of the staff were unparralled. The breakfast was delicious with many options, and my room was very spacious, comfortable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone and I would love to come back again if we visit Khao Lak again."

"I got a private room for one night. It was extremely clean, with towels, a comfortable bed, and a small bathroom. The check on staff were very sweet and helpful. It was a great place to spend a night before heading out on a dive tour."

Friendly staff, ready to answer and help with any questions you may have. Excellent combination of price and quality. We originally booked for 3 days. 20 left!"
