Although this Green House Hotel is said to be in London, it takes about 20 minutes to get there, and the environment inside this hotel is very Qingqiu. Everything was great as usual, whenever I travel to London I stay at London Kingston upon Thames Travelodge, Mr. B. Srinivasa was helpful as always. All the staff members make sure your stay in their Travelodge is as great as possible, thank you.

Everything was great. The reception staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful The room was excellent in size and very clean, as was the bathroom. Transportation is available and very close to the hotel. No noise, perfect atmosphere for holyday, very good price. Highly recommended.

Adequate best sums up this place. The room was basic and adequate and under-whelming, although the bed was large and comfortable. There was no hair dryer available in the room. It was located in a busy area of Kingston which was good for access, especially buses. It was noisy from outside at night til about midnight. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

Nice lady at check-in, easy to find at the top of Kingston near to train and buses. Room was clean and tidy although no fan in the bathroom and the handy USB sockets weren't working [one was broken]. -Key card stopped working at one point and so I spoke to staff member who said to go to reception and then left me waiting there without anyway to get back into the room... tried to blame me for having it next to my phone, but the card had been stored in my purse! The noise from the building site was atrocious, but luckily my child and I spent most of the time to and from the uni halls to get them situated.

I always look at reviews of hotels before I stay, and for whatever reason this place had good ones. I also check my room before I settle into it, and although I found some hair on my bedding that wasn’t mine (off putting) and the carpets/bed frame itself were dirty, I decided it was too late to switch places and I’d better just deal with it. WHAT A STUPID MISTAKE a couple hours later I woke up having nearly scratched my skin clear off and when I turned the lights on, I was horrified to find BED BUGS. I will leave the details of my reaction out but let me tell you it wasn’t pretty. When I had dragged all my belongings downstairs IMMEDIATELY I was offered another room (to which I asked; are you joking??) and told there was “nothing else they could do” and proceeded to give me a phone number (are you joking???) What followed for days were blistering sores as It turns out I have an allergy to their bites. It was painful and horrible to attend my friend’s wedding which I’d specifically flown in for looking like I’d had some sort of plague. I am incredibly disappointed at the lack of action taken but if it can help anyone at all…. DO NOT STAY HERE.

My experience at travelodge Kingston upon Thames was very good as usual. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. And the staff is always very friendly and make you feel welcomed, in particular Srini, who always have a smile to receive you and make you feel at home.

There is a new trend your receptionists are not smiling .smile is best trait for any receptionist - greeting your guests should be next nature to you - Siri needs to get better, try saying good evening at least with a smile . However Siri check in was efficient and prompt. Went to my room , found it really clean - the stars for me were the cleaner of the Third floor and also the young lady who worked Monday early shift who I met coming out of the lift - her smile is still with me and the word good morning made my day ! Management should talk to Circus bar/club to turn their music right down by 11 pm, otherwise involve the Kingston upon Thames council
