Kettle outside room need share with everyone. Room floor a bit sandy, bedsheet is dusty..

When You Have tours that begin to the glaciers, You don’t Have always the Time neither the budget to pay for an hôtel situated far from the glacier. This guess House is Perfect to be close to the glacier. Clean. Offers all accointances. The only thing to improve is the sounds that We hear easily dépending on the guests. But the staff make sure everyone stays calm. Thé breakfast is as good as one in an hôtel.

Really nice place to stay, like a new home.

Great place to stay, if you plan to explore the southern coast of Iceland. The staff is very friendly, it’s clean and warm, and I always liked coming home After a day of exploring this amazing country. The only downside is the equipment of the shared „kitchen“: microwave, fridge, refrigerator, water boiler, but no stove or oven. Apart from that, it’s a great stay 🫶🏻 I’ll book again the next time I’m in the area!

A good place to have a rest during traveling

Very good location. It is easy to find to the guesthouse at night.

We only crashed there a night before heading to Skaftafell. They helped us with packed breakfast as we checked out earlier than the breakfast time (this was requested during the booking and they accommodated it). We also did a late check in which again was requested at the time of booking.

it is a guesthouse in a middle of nowhere. we have to take it because we found nothing the the area.the room is very small but there is common place you can sit outside. you can park here.

The aurora was seen on the hillside behind, and the meteors were great. Breakfast was simple bread, eggs, bacon🥓, and fruit. You need to prepare your own toiletries. There is a restaurant 7 minutes drive away for dinner, and the food is good.

Good service, good location, good facilities

The hotel staff are very friendly and the hotel is in a great location for watching the aurora. I stayed there for one night and saw the sky full of aurora. marvelous!
