"We had a great stay, our experience did not match the reviews online. The room was very comfortable, recently refubished, bed good, aircon and fan worked fine, quiet, and with an excellent ensuite bathroom, good shower, nice towels. Location is superb - we walked over the bridge to Circular Quay then easy ferry back. Good value given the location. We didn't see anyone but the room was clean and ready for us, communication was good, only minor grievance - WIFI good in our room but patchy elsewhere... We think we are reasonably fussy, will certainly stay here again next time we are in Sydney."
