You can see it’s a bit old hotel but the twin room we got was not too small unlike typical business hotel. There are signs of care of the people running the hotel, since as the staff, cleanliness, and so on. Reasonable for the location.

There's a bus stop, a train station, and a terminal nearby. There were no inconveniences with transportation. There's also a convenience store, so I used it often. I arrived in the pouring rain, and they urgently handed me a towel. Even though I arrived about three hours before check-in time, my room was ready, so I checked in right away. I was worried because of the strong wind and rain, but I was so touched. 🥹 The staff were all so kind. I had to leave early in the morning, so I asked a male staff member about the train station late at night. He looked for me and even contacted me, which was so appreciated. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Kochi. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories!!

I stayed here for sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was delicious. They also gave me a Millet biscuit upon check-out, which left a lasting impression on me.

The heated toilet seat was broken and water did not come out. I told the front desk and they moved me to the next room, but the strength could not be adjusted and the facilities were old and not maintained. When I drained the bath water, the toilet floor was flooded. I could hear the guests coming and going in the hallway and there was a lot of smell, so I had to put up with the noise all night and turn on the exhaust fan. In any case, it is an old hotel that needs to be updated. Even so, the front desk was very helpful.

The staff were very helpful. I'd like to go again. There is a convenience store nearby, so it's convenient if you need something. It's also within walking distance of Hirome Market, so I think it's good.

櫃台接待人員服務態度實在是太優質了!早餐乾淨好吃，一樓大廳有免費咖啡，尤其是退房時，還專程送客，讓人印象深刻，有賓至如歸的感覺。以後如果有機會再去，會是第一選擇入住的飯店。

酒店員工服務態度很好，會用Google Translate和你溝通，房間尺寸不算很大,但設施足夠使用,大堂還有免費的飲品提供.

고치역에서는 거리가 좀 있지만 하리마야바시에서 내리면 걸어서 5분정도. 가격 저렴하고 이 정도면 방도 넓은 편입니다

チェックイン､チェックアウトの対応も笑顔でしていただきエレベーターもドアマンのように開閉してもらえました。 部屋も2人分の荷物がおけて椅子に座って食事できるスペースがありました。パートナーが体調悪く､朝食を部屋でとる際スタッフの方が部屋まで運んでくださったり、チェックアウト後のドリンクサービスまでしていただきとても心地よく滞在することができました。 残念なのは､チェックインして部屋に入ってテーブルとなるテレビ台に蟻が数匹いたことです。 清掃がちゃんとされているのか？不安に思いました。

ホテルはひと昔前と言う感じ ベットと部屋は広かったがトイレとお風呂が一緒で狭く感じた ホテルのスタッフさんはとっても親切で感じが良かった

ホテルフロントの方が2人ともサービスが良かったです。 お見送りをして頂いてずっと両手を振って下さりました。ありがとうございました。
