To be honest, I decided to book this hotel because I saw it on Tiktok. Those influencers’ stories and reviews were so so good that let me easily made a decision. When I checked in and walk around the hotel area, although there was a low season period, everything seemed fine like those reviews. However, the reception staff did not suggest any programs for staying there such as a spa, a fitness. Overall was fine and went well though.

Nice boutique hotel. I had to change the room on the last night as I added an extra stay and the toilet was flooding before I even used it, but they fixed it quite well. Could easily hear people walking in the hallways, which could be an issue for light sleepers. Pool was amazing and right on the beach!

Thank you to the hotel for helping me celebrate my birthday and wish you well. The only flaw is that There is always a smell coming from the bathroom basement

The accommodation is clean, quiet, breakfast has a variety of dishes to choose from. In the evening, there is a dining table by the sea with a great view. Watching the beautiful sunset, taking pictures with the accommodation is great.

Outstanding Service, Delicious Food, and Real Hospitality – Thank You, VAYNA! We didn’t stay at this hotel – unfortunately, we booked the disappointing Dewa next door. But after experiencing the poor service, awful atmosphere, and lack of service around the facilities there, we decided to spend our time and money here at VAYNA Boutique Koh Chang instead – and what a difference! From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine hospitality, amazing service, and incredible food. The staff here are on another level – friendly, professional, and clearly proud of the work they do. The drinks were absolutely top-notch, the atmosphere calm and welcoming, and the facilities were exactly what we had hoped for during our holiday. Despite not being guests at the hotel, we were welcomed with open arms and treated far better than we ever were at our actual accommodation. It honestly saved our trip. To everyone at VAYNA: THANK YOU. You gave us the experience we were looking for, and if we ever return to Koh Chang – we are staying with you, no question about it.

The construction work mentioned is minimal - did not disturb at at all in the 10 days we were there. Comfortable rooms, good location right on the beach ( the beach is used for outdoor dining in the evenings}. Lovely pool, good restaurant, only ate there once when it was pouring with rain as there are plenty of good restaurants on the beach.

We came here 2 years ago and loved the resort! This was was a bit disappointing this time. We came for 2 weeks with the family and we had four rooms. The towels and sheets were so old and thin it looked really ratty. The pool chair material covers were so dirty you couldn’t sit on them or put your towel or clothes on them without it making everything dirty and breakfast was really average. In saying that the location is still amazing and we spent most of the time on the strip of beach which was amazing for small kids. 3.5 stars. Mostly disappointed as we were so excited to come back but we won’t be back at this hotel again

We stayed for 2 weeks together with our little baby and toddler and can highly recommend this hotel. The personal is exceptionally helpful and nice. They helped us also to arrange a surprise birthday party for my mother, who was also with us at the same hotel. They have great breakfast variation, comfortable chairs in the restaurant, the best sunset view at the beach and everything is superclean everywhere. The whole vibe was very familiar since it is a small hotel and you get to know the other guests after a while. It was nice because the people there were all open and you can easily connect with other people which is fun. Another good thing was that the whole outdoor area is designed openly - so you can see the restaurant, the bar, the pool area, the beach and the massage corner all at the same time, which made it super easy for us to have a look after the kids while they were playing in the sand even though we were enjoying a drink at the bar at the same time.

There is no hot water in the sink, and it’s only very cool in the shower, you can’t turn up the heat that is the hottest. The gym has 2 machines and both out of order. It’s quite scruffy by pool bar, grass is dead and needs attention, the ashtray is left overflowing for days and should be done through each day , most staff are nice, but need more training , breakfast ok . Air con is good , no where to put your clothes only 4 hangers given and there are no drawers to unpack

The good: -great location on beach. Big beach, fine sand, no stones. Plenty of choices for chairs and beds at the beach restaurants -the hotel organises dinners on the beach every evebing, with grill for meats and fish, fridays is buffet. The same ate doing the nearby resort and restaurants. So plenty of food options -the sunsets are amazing -the breakfast with the sound of waves and view of the sea! Enough options, with fresh veggies and fruits for healthier options. The soups were a plus! -comfortable beds -room big enough -smart tv in the room! A big plus -room cleaned every day -staff at reception speak good english, very nice and kind. Thank you so much! -restaurant staff very kind and smiling, the english was hit or miss :)) The bad -sometimes there was bad smell from bathroom, mostly on windy days. But that didn’t bother us as we kept door closed. We spent all day on the beach anyway. The construction site next door was NOT noisy at all during our 9 days. They are doing some minor works which doesn’t make noise anymore, as I saw this was a big problem in the previous months. So maybe this helps people decide to book this amaing resort. Th price/quality is amazing. We will be back. I highly recommend this place!

We first were a bit resistant as on the side of the hotel lots of construction are going on. Once we arrived though we were very happy. The room is very clean and nice. Balcony view was not nice at all but we did not sped any time there. So the room was top. When you arrive to the pool bar are you are just blown away. Absolutely stunning view and lovely staff welcoming you. Especially WOODY made our stay even more special as he was always checking up on is and our kids. The pool bar is fantastic and has two happy hours a day :) . Sand beach so so but beautiful sea and clear water. The hotel has two kayaks to rent out for 250b per hour. Restaurant had great food ! The breakfast was ok not too big choice but it was fine. For our anniversary they did a small surprise in the bedroom. All in one we were very happy and didn't wanna leave ! Hopefully we can go back soon.

- reasonable price - great view from the beach as you can see the sunset everyday here - room is pretty new and minimal style - some items you can't find from others such as cloth hangers / cloth racks / slippers / bathrobe for pool / pool towel / woven bag / umbrella - staffs are very helpful

DO NOT stay at this resort. They have major construction right next door that can been seen and heard all day from 8am untill 5pm. Absolutely no indication that this was happening and would not have booked if known. When trying to discuss it with the receptionist I was just told if you don't want to stay then too bad it's a non refundable booking. Not even the suggestion of room change or empathy for the situation. Really upsetting for the start of a dream hoilday. DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT.
