Clean place. Very convenient location. Great friendly staff. Overall great bang for your buck. When in chaweng I frequently stay here.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, promptly addressing all my inquiries and ensuring all necessary paperwork was taken care of. The room was immaculately clean and stocked with pristine white towels. While the hotel itself was peaceful, the nearby discotheque did generate some noise, which was a minor inconvenience for me as they are dog friendly ☺️

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The level of noise at the hotel is insane - we could not sleep, even after buying earplugs. Left a day early and stayed at another nice place on Koh Samui. Would not reccommend for anybody

The room was decent/clean but a warning that this is a very busy location with lots of partying 24/7

I was surprised the staff is so friendly i have no problem with the rooms, there is very clean and nice and the price is very amazing even around chaweng i would say it very cheap, the place is good for those who like to party but those who like to have quiet place i wont recommend for you because there is some music around midnight but overall i loved my booking i would definitely come here again

Very good location 3 minutes walking to the beach in the middle of the main road you will have everything you need around you,and rooms almost new but in the other side is a little noisy till midnight but if you come here to have fun is perfect Bathroom. Big and clean but shower don’t drain as it should and no shampoo Room Bed comfortable and with AC and big enough for two people With safety box and little open closet, Refrigerator and flat tv No restaurant

The hotel is hard to find, so you have to go through the Burger King next door to find the front desk. A 500 baht deposit is required at check-in. Amenities include one type of shampoo and two bottles of mineral water. There is a security box.

Entrance through the shop. Normal hotel, they change towels on request, but I saw a huge cockroach in the hallway. Good location, the main party of the ARK beach is right opposite

This hotel left the most unpleasant impressions on me. 😠 It was impossible to sleep because of the noise, which continued until two or three in the morning. 🕰️ The staff tried to be friendly, but this did not compensate for other shortcomings. For example, to have the room cleaned, you had to contact the reception several times. 📞 The price for accommodation in this hotel is overpriced, given its level of service and comfort. 💰 There are hotels in the area that offer better value for money. 🏨 I do not recommend this hotel. 🛑

If you like noise you have to be there in the heart of the center music so loud… until at least 4am day in day out and as a surprise a plane flies right over the hotel every now and then… the people are very sweet friendly and help where they can… for the rest a fine hotel but it is in the wrong place…
