"We loved our stay at Arctic Boutique Hotel! The hotel has a clean, modern style but still feels cozy and welcoming — exactly what you want after a day out in the crisp air smelling like coffee and pastries. Our room was calm, comfy, and the perfect spot to relax after exploring. The staff were amazing — truly 5-star service, especially Kledisa and Alkeos, who made everything so easy and enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight: a fresh buffet and hot options, all included in the price. The location is ideal — just steps from the holiday market but still quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day."

Perfect breakfast I was full all day, the staff is very kind and helpful always with a smile, the room was very clean, fluffy pillows, very good quality of the mattress, heating, air conditioning and hot water all day and the reception was available all day. The hotel is at the city center it is very affordable and provides many many things 100% recommend."

The staff was not particularly friendly, which was completely out of character for all my hotels in Albania. Maybe they didn't speak much English and that was a problem. Dinner was very good as were the breakfasts"

"Our family spent one night at In galery. It is more like a bunker. The designer has forgoten that the hotel needs some light, air and space. It is a paradise for the heavy smokers. One can smoke here everywere. The pool is not clean. The staff is frendly but helpless. Lcation is great but no parkplace. The rooms are narrow and not isolated from the road noise. Not family frendly. Expensive for what it offers."
