Only issue which is really not a big deal is the wifi was hit and miss Also everytime I left the property u would have to re connect with logins - u couldn’t auto connect Great spot otherwise Especially if ur solo Rooms a quaint

Except the sea view, seem nothing worth of the money. Hotel room is old, many thing is still need to be improved.

The location is great. The beach is just right across and hotel is a 2 minutes walk from the Night market and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Ao Nang.The hotel breakfast was okay, some variety in food. The room was tidy and spacious. The only downside is the lack of warm water in the shower, it’s more like lukewarm. There’s also no closet in the rooms.

The two rooms we were assigned, one had sewage smell and another crawling with ants. They agreed to “upgrade” the room with sewage smell for one night and then change the room back to the room we’d booked and the room crawling with ants, they’ll change the sheets and then they’ll like us to see if the ants are coming back. We don’t want to take our chances of wait and see with the ants or face the hassle of moving rooms. We requested for a cancellation and refund. The hotel, though is in a good part of town, but it’s old. The sea view that you’re paying for is not worth the “hype” as it is in front of the street and pool, where you’ll hear all the traffics (loud motorcycles speeding after midnight) and screaming children in the pool at 7am, E.V.E.R.Y.D.A.Y. You’ll be much better off with the garden view which is quieter, I think. Or a newer hotel at the same price, 10 minutes drive away. We were trying to cancel our trip through Trip.com, which unfortunately had a third party to book with the hotel and we had to wait 2 hours for a resolution. Finally the hotel agreed to accommodate us into, I believe, their biggest room throughout the entire 4 nights of our stay (the one with Jacuzzi and sea view). We were more than happy if they could either just give us the same size room without the smell or ants or without the sea view but they were fully booked that weekend and were reluctant to “upgrade” us for our entire stay. We just don’t need the hassle of moving rooms. I have more videos instead of photo for the ants infestations.

No wardrobe in the room, no possibility to store things. Good breakfast. Direct at beach, and Nightmarket, little bit far to Aonang centre.

It was a little disappointing to be honest. Hotel rooms are.small there isn't alot of room for your Clothes. Shower heaters need to be updated hot cold Up and down . Complimentary coffee and tea never gets replenish everyday. The breakfast is pretty ordinary. There doesn't seem to have theme , Example say bacon and eggs have eggs no bacon . Have chicken slice 🤷♂️. Not a great variety

Great location, one of the rare hotels facing the beach in that area and it is not that far from the busy ao nang beach road area. very close landmark night market, also to 7-11 and halal food court. Room spacious is ok for a couple, wide and comfortable bed with clean bathroom. Our only complaint is absence of iron at the hotel. Breakfast choice is so-so but we enjoyed the nice view from the restaurant.

High price in February not recommended, poor breakfast not excellent, near night market in front of the beach 🏖️

I have a great stay in Maneetel, the location is perfect! just 5mins to night market and 20mins to town area. The beach is right in front of the hotel which I can take a stroll early in the morning and evening.

Amazing service staff. They were able to help us sort out last minute accommodation during the busy Chinese new years. We had to switch rooms to make it work, but the staff was so great to help us get creative so we could make it work! 1 minute walk from the landmark night market. We really love loved the location! Right across from the beach. Pay the extra for a sea view with jacuzzi!!! You won’t regret it. The only reason 5 stars was not given is due to the GYM. It’s basically a couple of free weights, a bench, elliptical and treadmill. The cable machine was broken. They really should invest in some equipment that works. And even upgrade everything in there to match the luxury of the rest of the hotel. Hopefully next time we come back we will see this improvement! Overall a great stay!

The place is clean, and super strategic. I am glad I chose Maneetel and the staff are mostly friendly. The food spread is good but could do with some improvement. Facilities are awesome especially the pool and it's like 5 mins walk to the Ao Nang Night market. Overall 8.5/10. Definitely come again.
