"received an email requesting for bank card details and it was fishy, managed to check with trip.com who gave me the PIC's contact so that I could clarify n indeed the email was not sent by the hotel.. place is nice, there is a food court right opposite.. just stayed for a night for work so didn't get to use the pool.."

"This hotel is good but the room is narrow only for sleeping. Cleanliness and the bathroom is beautiful. The bathroom is 5 star standard but the room is only 10x10. He felt drowned in the room. "Went with family for a 3 days, 2 night stay. It was a spacious room indeed. But they dont offer or entertain any request for additional bed AT ALL. It is stated on their website. Got wrong info from trip.com. Not sure whether the hotel was refurbished or it is their original design, but i didnt get why in their shower room there’s no shampoo/ shower gel holder/rack. They dont provide bin in the toilet like normally kost hotels do. On the last day, during dawn time there was power trip due to their faulty water heater."

"I hate the fact i have to walk out of the room with my mask on to iron. There’s no tissues at all. The shower head was slightly broken. Not sure if there was in room dining available. The fact we booked the hotel as it was convenient to the area we wanted to go. Asked for extra pillows few times but non was arranged. Air-condition needs to be improved. Never in my life ive seen coloured towels in a hotel. I might stay again in future yet i might not be satisfied with the service or amenities "
