"my room 2004 is without window. The hotel has no lift but its ok. Just five minute walk to Dataran Lembah Sayong where theres lot of food stall, handycraft and souvenir shops and waterfront."

"Went with family for a 3 days, 2 night stay. It was a spacious room indeed. But they dont offer or entertain any request for additional bed AT ALL. It is stated on their website. Got wrong info from trip.com. Not sure whether the hotel was refurbished or it is their original design, but i didnt get why in their shower room there’s no shampoo/ shower gel holder/rack. They dont provide bin in the toilet like normally kost hotels do. On the last day, during dawn time there was power trip due to their faulty water heater."

"received an email requesting for bank card details and it was fishy, managed to check with trip.com who gave me the PIC's contact so that I could clarify n indeed the email was not sent by the hotel.. place is nice, there is a food court right opposite.. just stayed for a night for work so didn't get to use the pool.."

"It's really nice service and clean, the air and water there is really nature and fresh, the package come with the breakfast even the staff there are doing puasa but they still help us prepare the breakfast."
