The infinity pool with a view of the Twin Towers is amazing. The hotel is beautiful, and the service is excellent. It's more suitable for families with children. Check-in time is at 3PM, so it's best to plan ypur trip schedule accordingly.

Amazing hotel. Close to twin towers clean with very good infinity pool

We were extremely dissatisfied with our experience at the hotel due to a serious incident during our checkout. We became trapped in the elevator for nearly an hour, along with children and elderly guests. Although I pressed the emergency signal, we were only instructed to “wait five minutes.” After the time had passed, there was still no assistance. We repeatedly pressed the emergency button, but the response remained the same, with no real action taken. What made the situation even more distressing was the complete absence of any management staff to provide reassurance, updates, or a clear solution. This lack of communication and proper handling of an emergency situation is unacceptable, and it caused significant stress and discomfort for everyone involved. We expect the hotel to take this matter seriously, to review the handling of such emergencies, and to ensure proper procedures and staff training are in place to prevent similar incidents in the future.

This hotel shares its lobby with other establishments such as Fis and Haoma. Our room was very clean and well-equipped. The swimming pool on the 51st floor genuinely lives up to its pictures – it's completely unobstructed, offering exactly what's advertised. 1. I'd recommend paying the security deposit in cash, as refunds to cards can be quite slow. 2. For luggage storage and retrieval, you need to scan a QR code and message your personal assistant in advance. This system is quite unique compared to most other hotels.

Location wise great. You can walk to the train station . Room was a bit smelly the aircon needs cleaning because it emits unpleasant smell also the toilet was not properly clean. Urine smell thingy. The reception people are not approachable. Maybe they need training on how to handle guests . Pool has a nice view of the Petronas tower but because of the crowded area and a bit lack of space where you can lay down and relax, its not something that you’ll enjoy to.

Don't think twice before booking this! We took the 2 bedroom apartment with Twin Tower View - and it was absolutely worth it! The apartment is classy, doesn't burn a hole in your pocket, and the view is just the cherry on top. 5/5 recommended!

Check in and check out not smooth and it’s took me 15+ minute and checking out time is 11 am while check in time at 3 pm and long queue !! The lobby is crowded and sofa occupied by sleeping guests in lobby .. elevators so busy .. room is nice .. good choice for families with kids

Very spacious and clean rooms with kitchen and living room. The amenities are a bit basic for this level and the service is extremely slow. Be prepared to wait 15-20min for the return of your cash deposit (they warn you before so you can check out early enough if you are in a rush). The pool is amazing and has fantastic views but it had a strange chemical compound in it that unlike normal chlorine made it very acidic and almost impossible to swim in it, regular pH check would be advised.

Our recent stay at Platinum 2 by Alma was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the pool area in particular was fantastic. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the incredible staff. They were all so helpful and welcoming. I especially want to commend Mr. Rovle Ahmed for his outstanding service. He was extremely kind, helpful, and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and well-cared for. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly remarkable.

Everything was perfect 100/100 all went very smooth especially all the receptionist staff assisted. Balqis was very helpful and so kind she deserves a promotion.
