"It was my first time staying in this excellent hotel. I'm so happy, feels great and wonderful while staying 2 days st this hotel. The room was very tidy, clean and perfect. I was intended to extend for 1 more day. Unfortunately I have to go back home. I will definitely book this hotel when I visit to Jitra again.."

"The experience staying at the hotel was amazing. The friendly staffs and good customer services. We were facilitated with complete peace and calm. The pool has three sections, which were kids, 4 feet and 4 feet 6 inch, and secured with 24-hour CCTV around the pool area. The pool were also completed with their own toilet and changing room. I love staying here, and I will recommend it to others as well. 🥰"

"It's close to Mydin, but the downside was the mosquitoes at night. The iron in the room was broken, though they did replace it when I asked. The prayer mat was disgustingly musty; the smell was so strong it was really off-putting. On our last day, the bathroom ceiling suddenly came loose. It made me so scared to shower, it felt like I was being watched. This will probably be my first and last stay here... 😞"

GGuest UserIt's a good place to stay. There is no elevator, so you have to use stairs if you get a room on the upper floors. Still, there are rooms on the ground floor.

Cons : aircond tak rasa sejuk, harga agak kurang berpatutan dengan saiz bilik dan tandas yang kecil, makanan pedas sangat tak sesuai untuk kanak2, kurang pilihan..

GGuest UserBooked to go to UUM. The place is strategic with a lot of eateries nearby. So there is no need to drive to find a restaurant. Spacious and comfortable room with windows. Only the toilet floor is clogged. When taking a bath, the water becomes stagnant and takes time to calm down from the stagnation. Overall just nice okay la for tido overnight while wanting to go somewhere 👍🏻👍🏻
