This is a studio apartment type room. Every thing is fine in this price range. You add hotel boss WeChat by copy number from booking contact and boss will send you address, location, door password, WiFi password etc. This place is easy to access and nearby many restaurants, shopping malls exists. Overall, it’s just fine except no AC air conditioning available in room and trust in November, December it’s pretty cold in Kunming as well as in this apartment room. Otherwise don’t have any issue regarding staying.

We stayed for the second time because it is easy to grt to south railway station from there and it is very close to metro. Lots of food places around. Room was big and I appreciated mosquito net on window and also around the bed. Bathroom is small and it is hard to get out of shower.

Second time staying here, convenient for us coming to kunming south rail station from mojiang. Host also help us to purchase train tickets again from mojiang to Kunming. We find the location near metro station easy to go to city. Ay night the resident apartments area is lively...lots of food n shopping around.
