Perfectly located in the heart of Tianhe’s shopping district, with endless food choices that had me spoiled! The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. Huge shoutout to the concierge team—especially Travis and Jackson—for their warm hospitality and helpfulness. They truly made my stay memorable!

Service is generally great, except a small showerhead problem with blocked waterflow and the serviceman who came to fix the problem didn't seem professional.

This hotel is fine. It has a comfortable bed and a decent breakfast buffet. It’s convenient for the subway or the large mall but you don’t get much of a sense of Kunming there.

This hotel is amazing, one of the best experience of all our trips around China. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they spoke good English. Breakfast was perfectly fine with a mixture of Chinese and western options. We had originally booked a deluxe queen room but the AC wasn’t working properly and the room became stuffy upon our arrival. We asked for help to fix it but the hotel offered us even a better solution. We were upgraded to a king suite, much bigger than our original booked room. This was a very generous offer. We will definitely come back to this hotel again in future.

The room is clean, tidy and standard. You can see Dianchi Lake in the distance (you can walk to Daguan Park by the lake in 20 minutes). Behind the hotel is a shopping and dining street, which is very convenient. The housekeeper Xiao Pan provides thoughtful service. I checked in successfully according to the guide provided. It is efficient and high-quality!

The service of the hotel is as excellent as always, warm and thoughtful. The air conditioner fan is a bit loud. After I reported it to the front desk, they immediately sent someone to repair it. They were worried that it would affect my sleep, so they sent me a gift the next day to apologize. They delayed check-out to 3 o'clock and sent me some fruit.
