This hotel is truly excellent! The location is superb, right behind the train station, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's incredibly good value for money at this price. Every room has a full-length mirror, perfect for taking photos. The hotel's decor is beautiful and very Instagrammable. The staff are super responsive to messages, and the front desk team, both the guys and girls, were incredibly nice. Thank you all so much; my stay was very satisfying. I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. The view is also great, you can even see the Twin Towers!

I rarely write reviews unless a hotel is exceptionally good or utterly unbearable. This hotel is absolutely amazing!!! On our first day, our room wasn't ready yet, so the front desk sent us to the executive lounge on a higher floor to relax and wait. The lounge offered drinks, coffee, homemade yogurt, tea, cookies, nuts, and dried fruits – all delicious! The lounge staff were also very welcoming and informative. On the morning of our departure, my child couldn't wake up for breakfast. When I spoke to the restaurant staff, they immediately arranged a takeaway box with food, fruit, bread, eggs, and yogurt – so thoughtful! At check-out, the front desk even gave us a box of fresh flower pastries. They didn't even push for a good review; it was incredibly heartwarming. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The transportation is excellent too; it's a 10-minute walk from Kunming Station, and the subway is just a few minutes away. The hotel's bellboys are also very enthusiastic, always proactively helping guests with their luggage when getting in and out of cars! The rooms are spacious and upscale. Absolutely fantastic!!! What could be improved are the bathroom's ventilation and drainage systems, and perhaps adding a night light.

We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! Walking into the lobby, there's a faint, pleasant scent of orange. The front desk service was very welcoming and upgraded us to a sunny king room. The facilities are complete, grand, and stylish, with comfortable mattresses and clean bedding and pillows. The breakfast spread is rich, with various cold dishes and stir-fries that taste delicious. This is my top choice for accommodation when traveling. As we were leaving, we even received a parting gift of orange soft candies and tea bags.

Excellent, clean, and modern. The room was small and cozy and everything was clean. I enjoyed the small window view and bedside lights. Manager was super kind, gave me water while I waited during check -in. Staff was very nice too. Free laundry. Great location. 5minutes walk from north exit (train station). Also close to many restaurants, coffee shop, supermarket, and a local market area that sells toys for cheap. Hotel is in 6 building 14 floor. Thank you !! 😊

Very close to Kunming Station, perfect for travelers catching an early train the next morning. It's quite good value for money. The hotel entrance is a bit small and not very noticeable, but they even upgraded our room for free.
