"The house is in a fantastic location with a stunning view of the valley. The rooms are large (most of them) and clean. They are comfortably furnished and have everything you need. The welcome from the Krapf family (three generations) is very warm. They cater to every need. The terrace is large, unfortunately facing the road, but you know that in advance. We spent some wonderful hours here. The food included in the half-board package deserves special mention! The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. It's constantly replenished with smaller portions, so everything is always fresh. We even had the scrambled eggs and bacon brought to our table straight from the pan... The selection for dinner is fantastic and varied. There's something for everyone. You won't leave the table hungry. There are local specialties as well as international dishes. You'll find Italian and South Tyrolean cuisine. Congratulations, even though I still haven't got the recipe for the Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta)..."

"We discovered it by chance, but it was a wonderful discovery. They treated us very well right away, with kindness and professionalism. The room was much nicer than expected. It was decorated in wood, in a Tyrolean style, yet modern. It had all the comforts of a hotel. The bathroom was spacious and had underfloor heating. The breakfast was well-stocked, and the staff were always available and happy to accommodate requests for cappuccinos, espressos, etc. Considering these things, plus the location near Ortisei, it's an excellent choice. The price was excellent."

"The property is nice and clean, although quite uncomfortable. To get to the rooms, there are a lot of boxes, which are definitely inconvenient with suitcases and some parts outside, so it's really cold at times. Many rooms don't have a bidet, and yet we're in Italy 🙄 In the bathroom, there are no towels for the shower, only small ones. The classic duvets are short and narrow, and since I'm slightly taller than average (171 cm), I had a hard time sleeping. Either my feet or my entire shoulders were exposed. Extremely uncomfortable. There's no phone to contact reception, and as I said, leaving the room to get there is a journey 😬 There's not always someone at reception; you have to go look in the restaurant or somewhere else. Breakfast is average, nothing special. In short, I was really hoping for something better."

Everything runs smoothly here: the rooms are spotless, functional, and comfortable, with balconies overlooking Suisi or the forest. The indoor–outdoor pool is a highlight, offering mountain views while you swim, and the small spa area is very pleasant. Breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A great choice for anyone looking for calm surroundings, good facilities, and excellent value in the Alpe di Siusi area."
