"The hotel's facilities and environment are very good. The only thing that makes me angry is that when we checked in, the waiter asked us where we were from. The answer was China. The service attitude suddenly became bad, the smile disappeared, and the room we were given was in the corner with obstructed view."

"Everything in the room is exactly the same as what we saw on Ctrip. It’s beautiful and great! The hygiene is also very good, much better than expected. The only problem is that the water flow from the bathroom faucet is too small. I asked the housekeeper to come and see it and said that the water flow can only be so large😂. I can take a shower but cannot wash my hair."

"Location a bit far from the city center, it’s actually near the airport but the hotel has good soundproofing so we barely hear noise from the airport. There are many restaurants and shops around just nearby the hotel. Room is nicely designed and we had a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was great, good healthy options available too! I love that they have a game room for kids, very useful"

The location is excellent—close to the airport, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. It’s also a convenient base for exploring Queenstown and the surrounding areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Queenstown. Highly recommend!"

"Great convenience, shops and restaurants near by. Clean room, friendly staffs, we stay more than 10 days, great value for money for ski holidays. Will be back again. Just some small suggestions of the breakfast limited variety, should provide roast tomato, and maybe some stir fry noodles will be great."

"We have traveled to Queenstown many times. In the past, we stayed near the city center near the lake. The hotels there were built a long time ago, the hotel environment was uneven, the facilities were old, and the accommodation experience was average. Some of them were close to the lake and had lake views. But most of them were on the hillside or near the roadside, and traffic jams were easy in the city. This is the first time we chose to stay in a hotel in the center of Remarkable. The hotel was newly built in 21 years, with new facilities, large rooms, a good environment, and a warm attitude of the service staff. It is close to the business district, restaurants, and supermarkets, and can be reached on foot. It is also very convenient to pick up and return the rental car. We went to Tekapo and came back to book another three nights of accommodation, and then found that the hotel also provides electric bicycles for rent, and the price is more favorable than outside, so I unlocked the skill of riding a bicycle to browse the beautiful scenery of Queenstown. I am so happy🥳. I like this hotel very much and will choose it again in the future."

"This hotel has a great location, especially if you’re arriving late at night — it’s very close to the airport and perfect for checking in right after landing. However, the service doesn’t quite compare to the hotel across the street. When we arrived in the evening, the front desk had already closed for the day. Fortunately, they had placed our room key in a secure lockbox with a code, so we were still able to check in without issues. One major downside is parking — there are very few parking spaces, and we couldn’t find a spot at all during our stay. That said, the facilities were excellent. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Overall, if you don’t have a car and are already familiar with how this hotel operates, it’s a great option — especially for a short stay after a flight."

"The facility seems pretty new. Spacious room with modern units and decor. They gave us free welcome cookies which was a nice touch. However, the free parking spots are limited and fcfs, or else there’s an option for paid parking (not run by the hotel but located right under — as I was told) or park quite far out."
