"It belongs to the good environment. I stayed for one night. I got up the next morning and stopped the water. There was no way to wash. There was no washing machine. There was a kitchen. There were few vacancies. I couldn't book it."

"The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable, and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable."
"The lady at the front desk was nice and enthusiastic, and she even upgraded me to a penthouse suite. But the breakfast was a bit bad. It is very good to live in this area at this price."
"It was a safe area, so I was very relieved. You can walk to the observatory and the subway station is very close. The room is clean and the breakfast is very delicious."
"The location is in the CBD area, surrounded by restaurants with a variety of dishes, transportation and safety are also very guaranteed, the hotel's sanitary environment and service are also very commendable👍"
"It feels good. The room is relatively large and the facilities are quite complete. There are no disposable slippers. I called the front desk and they provided them. Of course, you have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The standard Hilton DoubleTree cookies when checking in are delicious! There is also a large shopping mall near the hotel. The area is new, safe and modern. No need to worry about safety issues. The breakfast is relatively simple compared to domestic ones, but later I changed to the W Hotel, which costs 3,000 per night, and found that it was much worse than the Hilton breakfast."

Amazing
HHaiThis is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience.
I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect:
- staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests.
- check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff.
Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.
GGuest UserThere was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.
MMochaguaishouThe scenery is particularly good and the location is also very good. There is a supermarket and park downstairs, and the shopping district is a 5-10 minute walk away. The breakfast is rich and the service attitude is also super good. Great~
WWadelliam_R.The location is very good. Las Condas is a wealthy area with relatively better security.
Breakfast is OK.
The room is very very small. The so-called twin room is a large bed ”cut apart”. Be careful when booking a twin room.
MM56988****Everything is good. I just flew here from Sao Paulo, Brazil. The same level of hotels and rooms in Sao Paulo may cost two or three times the price.
XXiaopangpang1211This stay was for a business trip. I stayed for one night. The floor was high and very quiet. It is in the eastern part of Chile (rich area). The environment is very good. It is next to the most prosperous luxury mall in Santiago. The transportation is convenient. There are all kinds of famous brands, shopping malls, supermarkets, nightclubs🪩, steak houses, and international cuisines around... The only thing I feel is that the hotel facilities are a bit old and the bed is a bit soft, but the overall feeling is still good. The breakfast is also rich, with various breads, yogurts, fruits, and coffee☕️ Overall, I am very satisfied with this trip🧳Stay
NNayla AbarcaThe hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price.
The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it.
