"Checked in then checked out an hour later. I have never had the displeasure to encounter such aggressive and rude staff ever. And never have I checked out of somewhere within an hour of being there with no plan B but was so offended by the staff I would sooner have slept in my car !"

"Breakfast options are few and not too fresh. Hotel facilities are old, the air conditioning in the room does not work, and a small blood stain on the room sheets was found when I first checked in. If there are other options, this so-called four-star hotel is not recommended."

"We stayed for a night in this hotel that all describe badly, but it has all the comforts: from parking to restaurant, to the possibility of a wellness center. We made half-pension formula and we had dinner on the hotel terrace and welcomed by a nice lady, which included one first, one second with a contour and drinks. The dishes were made at the moment, and the breakfast was not excellent, without salt, was good."

"We stayed at this hotel in August 2024. The staff is kind and professional but the hotel is an old building from the 60s and probably renovated, and not completely, in the 80s. It does not look like a 4 star, we had a 16-inch TV on a table and we watched the TV with our heads turned. The air conditioning was noisy with a constant creaking. The bathroom was pitiful with a small and plastic shower, with poor quality sanitary ware. The smell outside the hotel coming from the adjacent spa is very annoying (the sulfur smells of rotten eggs). The restaurant's cuisine is not up to the standard of a 4 star although the waiters are very kind and helpful especially the "Maitre", a very cordial, helpful and highly professional person and dedicated to work. To conclude, the entertainment offered is suitable for children and absent for adults."

"Incredible experience at Domus Hotel. Our weekend was perfect. The attention of the butler, receptionists and chef was incredible, we felt at home. Very friendly and helpful. The facilities are incredible and the breakfast with the pool was the best. I would definitely come back."
