I will definitely top up a bit more in my next visit to Germany to stay in Hyperion instead"

"I'm very pleasantly surprised. It's really great for the price. It was generally clean. Breakfast was tasty and offered a fairly wide selection (perhaps adding hot chocolate would be a good idea). We traveled by public transport and still had no problems getting to and from the hotel, even at night and on Sundays. However, the mattresses desperately need replacing; you can really feel the springs, which is quite uncomfortable while sleeping. :("

"We stayed with our 3yo for 2 nights. Location of the hotel is perfect - short stroll from HBF if you’re arriving with the IC. More importantly there’s a lot to do and see around with the child. Children museum is just next door, nature history museum is 5 min and the Zoo 10 min walk. Room was ready for us already around 14:00 and we go the large room 630. The lobby of the hotel is new and modern, we had drinks in the evening there. Rooms however are a bit older and soon will need refurbishment- however in our opinion price is also accordingly adjusted."

The bathroom was small, but the shower was nice and big. It was a shame there was no receptionist to speak to. However, the check-in machine was right next to the elevator. Unfortunately, our key card didn't work, but we ended up opening the doors with the app. There's a fantastic bakery right next to the hotel – highly recommended!! All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."

"The room was okay. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, and the fan in the room was very loud. With the window open at night, you could hear everything from the street and the tram. It's not really recommended in the summer for anyone wanting comfortable temperatures and/or peace and quiet while sleeping. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection, good coffee, and egg dishes. The reception and check-out were very friendly. The welcome included a drink, chocolates, and a map in the room. A late check-out (one hour past the allotted time until noon) would have cost €35. The location is good, a maximum 5-10 minute walk to the main train station and city center."
