"The hotel is a bit older but comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the rooms weren't soundproof. I had an issue with the in-room mini-fridge not cooling properly, but the hotel staff were incredibly quick to help resolve it. Kudos to the Savoy hotel staff! The location is fantastic, very close to Braga Street, making it super convenient to find food and plenty of supermarkets."

"This hotel was previously owned by Ibis I believe, so need a bit refurbishment to maintain it well. Mattress too soft for me but comfortable. Was given a 2 single beds joined together as the recep told me they have no more one queen size room. That's too bed as the single bed is small, not super-single size. Location is good and room is clean. Can't demand more as they are no longer a premium hotel."

Location good service ok but the breakfast and hotel not good at all different between pictures on website and the real and smelly .....etc so don't trust the pictures on websites and don't pay earlier. And if u see my coffee in picture in restaurant breakfast stayed ther 5 days i already checkout but mybe still there no one move if no trust see cctv"
