Stayed one night instead of three. Left earlier as a girl working there attempted to take a picture of me in a sneaky way without consent as I’m a b foreigner when I arrived. I don’t know if she succeeded or not but I didn’t like it so I choosed to leave before Great location near the Ancient Town, and one of the guys working there is really willing to help you and giving you tips.
Response from Property: Hello, you think too much, go downstairs and watch mobile phone! If you have such an idea, you can have a mobile phone check! It's disgusting to slander others like this.

The hostel is really nice and cute with all the decoration. The room and bathroom also clean, they clean it everyday. Also provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrush if you did not bring one! The bed is comfy and the bed sheet smell nice. I really like the atmosphere, homey and comfy, so I keep extending my nights here. They also want to help me with the luggage when the road is under construction. It is totally worth staying. 谢谢老板和团队！

Nice place to stay. Just abit difficult to find it on the google maps for the first time. Otherwise it worth staying there. Nice backyards with the view of the mountains!

I'm satisfy the hostel service, first time I visit China & first accommodation that I stay in China. I'm strange, they provide me a lot information, feel hospitality. Recommended foreign backpacker to stay there. There is calm at the night time.

Very convienent location and good service. Part of the washing room is outside which should be considered when you travel there during the different seasons.

Nice location for price. Maybe not so good for non-mandarin speakers, harder to get help for stuff like tours and activities. Did suggest a fun hike! The one tour option was quite expensive and just so so, maybe no way around this as foreigners though.
Response from Property: Hello, all the tours recommended by our hotel are free of charge! You paid for the Yulong Snow Mountain cable car, but this is not recommended by our hotel! You communicated with the travel company yourself, and we did not recommend you to go, because it is not worth it during the peak holiday season. That is why we recommended you to take the free hiking route! We do not know why you decided to go in the end.

The owner helps me to take my luggage to the room during checkin and checked on me when I’m not feeling well. They clean the room every day also the bathroom. I had a pleasant stay. P/s: you have to make your own bed and the mattress quite hard. I found all “kind” of hair when i put on the bed sheet. And lots of hair on the floor as well. I informed the owner and she cleaned the room immediately. Thank you for your service

We guarantee that the sheets are clean, so guests can feel more at ease. Due to different living habits, if you feel that the mattress is hard, you can tell us and we will add a mattress to make your sleep more comfortable.
