Ark Canary Wharf Reviews

Located near canary wharf banking quarters and convenient for going to Greenwich, this is relatively new buildings and a very busy apart hotel with ppl also using it on hourly basis. There is some noise from the tram called Light rail, but manageable, staff is actively managing and are there if you have any questions.

Easy to find, all good but TV is not working at all.

Check in was chaotic. Room key didn’t work and shower door on room broken. Was told I could WhatsApp any issues but no response. Went back down and was told someone would be up to fix it shortly. After I returned later nothing had been done. No air con in rooms, small fan given and was needed. Fairly noisy due to proximity of DLR until 12.30 and again from 5.30am

Got the cozy room for 3 nights which was a little squeezed for space, but manageable. The room can get quite warm in the summer, so it's best to order a portable fan. Other than that, the gym and pool are great, and the views from the 20th floor are awesome! Great value for money!

Me and my partner booked a one bedroom flat for my birthday, unfortunately the staff had overbooked and we were left with a studio and found a vape in the bed. Amenities are nice, coffee shop next to reception has really good food

Great location. Located 2 min walk from Tesco extra and tube station. This means you do hear the trains as it’s an overhead track. There aren’t any utensils, plates etc in the room. The kitchen is just for show. However, there is a large communal kitchen downstairs . It was great to have a fridge. Rooms were very warm, even with the radiator off. The flat/room is very compact. Tiny beds and tiny showers! The rooms were clean ish. Depends how fussy you are. Floors and shower rooms could do with a good clean. The pool area was outstanding. Really enjoyed it. Staff were so friendly, helpful, polite. Cafe looked inviting. I would stay again.

The corridor floor smells like someone has been smoking there, there's still body odor linger around the room and also feel stuffed like someone has smoked there Cleaner came into the room assuming I should have checked out already, and when I asked, she said what time is check out? When I told her that I'm not checking out until tomorrow. She said okay, have a good day

This was our second stay at The Ark Hotel in London, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The service was absolutely amazing—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire hotel is spotless, and the rooms are not only clean but incredibly comfortable—the beds are some of the comfiest we’ve ever slept in! We chose to stay here again because it’s conveniently located near the O2 Arena—we were in London to see an artist perform there during our visit, and the hotel made everything so easy and accessible. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the amenities are top-notch. We especially loved relaxing in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna—such a treat to have those available right at the hotel. We were impressed during our first visit, and this second stay just confirmed that The Ark Hotel is a gem. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to London! Highly recommend!

Not the best, but you get what you pay for. No toiletries (no hand wash either!), no tissues, the sink can’t take much water and fills up taking forever to drain. Entered the room with radiator on full blast, and there was no AC. Thankfully the front agent provided a fan which helped a bit, but overall all wasn’t satisfied with the stay.

Really nice hotel. The apartment is compact and modern. Location easy to get to.

good location with canary wharf being a short 10min train ride away

I’ve been here before when it was known as the collective, it’s the exact same nothing has changed however we were quite disappointed as there was a stain on a bedsheet. Bathroom door was broken so we told the reception and they checked us into another room. They were actually okay but it was just disappointing as I’ve been here before and really enjoyed my stay here last time.

Swimming pool was very nice

Noise of train station interrupted our rest after a very busy day maybe because of poor isolation or being very close to it, and also it was very dry inside. In ground floor, there was no problem but in upper floors, corridors and rooms it was a bit too hot and dry considering the price we paid. I did not notice if any air conditioner or fan was actively working. They hold £100 for security but facilities were not new or undamaged itself. Reception and general service was good. If there were a fan or air conditioner other things would be more standable.
